  1. Make Custom Sales Tax Rates Delete-able in Automated Sales Tax Center

    The new automated sales tax center has no way to delete or make inactive a custom sales tax rate as the previous version of the sales tax center had. This is a very useful feature to persist into the new sales tax center.

  2. Toggle on/off sensitive information displayed on mobile

    The mobile app allows the convenience of using QBO in public areas or in front of customers. However, the customer tab displays a header with "sales in last 90 days" and totals for open balances. I don't need this information at my fingertips, and I really don't need a customer or bypasser to see this information. I'd like to have the option of toggling this sort of information off, specifically in the Customers tab. This would allow me to not have to hide the screen from the eyes of others, and to complete tasks such as having a customer type…

  4. Adding Drag/Drop to Bundles in New Invoice Template

    With the old invoice template, it was LOVELY to be able to drag/drop other items (ie: billable expenses/billable time) to bundles in QBO (see my article here: https://www.stacyk.net/add-billable-time-or-billable-expenses/).

    The new template does not allow for this, and aside from the generally cumbersome layout of the invoice, removing this feature means that functionality has DECREASED with this "improvement".

    PLEASE allow drag/drop again!

  5. import inventory adjust in a bulk

    Please open this feature.

    inventory management always is a weakness in QBO, every time I have to manually to adjust the QTY after a cycle count. (every week)
    I wondering if QBO could open " importing inventory adjustment in a bulk", it would be very friendly for users.

  6. QB Online for Non-profit Organizations must add an option to switch between vendor and beneficiary.

    As per checking in QB online for Non-Profit Organizations, it is impossible to switch from Vendor to Beneficiary when we are sending money out. This feature/default is not yet available in QuickBooks Online, and it represents an obstacle for every Non-Profit organization that wants to use QuickBooks. This update is definitively needed.

  7. Auditor Access

    Similar to the "accountant" role, Quickbooks Online should have a view only access user/role which encompasses all reports and activity and audit log but no edit abilities for for company Auditors, Board members, Executives, or any other proper personnel associated with a company that should be given full access to the books with no risk they'll accidently manipulate the data.

  10. add markup column in customer estimate

    Please add a markup % column on customer job estimates - which is not visible to customer - (like in the desktop version), along with option to create inv or PO from the estimate. Customers generally want a job estimate (which they review/approve) before being sent an invoice. Currently in QBO, a markup column exists only in Vendor Bill or Exprense, with the option to create a customer invoice but not an estimate for customer to review.

    I'm on QB Online Advanced and I received this link. It seems to be Modile even though the header says Online. As I research switching my entire operations to QB Online Advanced I find that unless creating a "sub-customer" that a customer can only have ONE SHIPPING ADDRESS. This is a BIG PROBLEM! We sell to office supply wholesalers, or even large retail customers, who drop ship to many different locations.     My QuickBooks had automatically changed to the old layout and can't change back to the "new layout" please help change to the new layout.

  14. Being able to add markup is essential for a business owner. For many reasons. It's needed on the online version of quickbooks.

    Markup for a business owner is what determines if we're even going to be in business. Quickbooks Online needs to be able to add markup in estimates, invoices, products and services, etc. For a small business owner just starting out, $200.00 dollars a month for Quickbooks Contractor Edition to have that option is a dream at the present time. Quickbooks Online is definitely great but needs markup options and to be able to add markup columns.

  15. STOP the constant ads on my DASHBOARD

    Please STOP the constant ads on my dashboard or at least give us a way to hide them. The ads show up on my dashboard every time that I switch screens and it is very disruptive to my workflow. The hide ad button does not work and you have locked our ability to not show the ads altogether. I will never use financing through a click of a button in my quickbooks. I pay $60 per month and have 3 companies so $180 per month and I have to constantly see these ads. We should have the option to hide…

  16. Ability to convert or reclass an expense to a bill

    Ability to convert an expense to a bill and vice versa. My accouning clerk entered a series of vendor invoices as expenses instead of bills. Now when I'm trying to reconcile the bank statement, the payments are not aligning because the expense are showing up as individual payments instead of the way they were actually paid was in a group ACH.

    Hi Quickbooks Online Advanced team,

    Recently you unveiled the new feature of revenue recognition in Quickbooks Online. This function looks to be working great but would be better if you had the capability to use it to project revenue received when recognized in the future.   20. Bring back the option to import your own template on Form Style

    Bring back the option to import your own template on Form Style, we need to have different invoice depending of the bank account we send to the guests, plus information in the invoice, and on the invoice of QB only allow 400characters, wich are not enough for the bank details and payment details.
