otherwise, we will have data violation and company is subject to huge risks of its data that any user can delete and void their transactions
and access their information. We do not want to share profit and gain information with all users as example and all accounts. Only for the Account manager.

In the Desktop version, access can be granted to others to view reports (like the president) but they are not able to make changes. This option is vital for organizations using QBO when many are working from home. Our president has requested access and I would like to give them access to run reports, verify deposits, that bills have been paid, etc. Why isn't this is a standard feature? Can this feature be prioritized on the "must do now" list? Thanks.

I agree with this. In addition, we should have a function to lock changes up until a specific date. With this, it will be impossible for somebody to book expenses on a date far before the current date - making it un trackable and making it not appearing in PnL.
