Steven was exception
Steven was exceptional. I had never worked with him before, but he took my call right away, came to my house the very next day, diagnosed the problem, and had everything fixed the following day.
He was extremely professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, letting me know when he would arrive, exactly what needed to be repaired, and what the job would entail. His pricing was also very fair.
It was an absolute pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend Steven to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and honest. 5 Stars!

You default my Amex
You default my Amex credit card to pay as a DEBIT card. This only makes it likely I will forget to change it to CREDI card and pay incorrectly.

Please ensure that only the bare minimum javascript privs are asked for. I had to OK a dozen domains to have access to run java. Why? Who are all these people who want access to run code on my machine?

My account continues
My account continues to show payment due on bills I paid a long time ago (there were issues at that time between my MSN Outlook and Quickbooks, but all bills were paid). Please clean up my account. I've requested this several times previously.

After I paid invoice with credit card, the 'download receipt' simply gives me a copy of the invoice - NOT the paid receipt.

Sometimes a persons email is not functioning properly, so it would be best to send a text that there is an invoice in their email.
