You setup an account
You setup an account for me without my knowledge/consent. All I wanted to do was pay an invoice. And then you make it impossible to delete, 15-60 days. Ridiculous!!! Just an FYI - I am an accountant and bookkeeper and already have an account, now I have 2. May need to rethink keeping an account with you going forward.

main payment account
main payment account declined without reason. I had to create a second payment account for payment to complete. main payment account worked fine previously. user interface for payer is limited.
