I rarely complain, BUT when I made this appt. I gave the make and model and said it was the mower deck belt. THEREFORE, you should of already gotten the belt. Instead you charged me a fee for pickup and travel you took forever then said the belt was never put on right. My son was unaware I had just wrapped it back up there when i saw the problem.
