After 2 floods and 4 days w/o electricity and a lot of wet stuff removed, Charles’ team came to set up. We entered the basement only to find it flooded. Next day my plumber came & a new flood system was installed, the water drained Charles got me rescheduled for the next afternoon (of course we were having a heat wave). I’m grateful they were working double and triple shifts.

Due to fraud I had t
Due to fraud I had to close one bank account and open a new one. I just added the new account to pay a vendor and I keep getting the error that the payment method was declined, but it doesn't tell me WHY it was declined. There is not a problem with the account. And you don't have a phone number on the page so I can call and find out what the problem is.
