Custom Email Template
I would like to have the ability to create a custom email template. Under the "Custom Form Styles" I should be able to create a custom template for emailing invoices to customers.
This would allow me to use my branding and provide my customers a more personal touch. I don't like the big box in the middle of the email with the Quickbooks branding.
It doesn't add any value to me to advertise my accounting system to my customers. I would like to promote my own business.

Allow multiple admins in spreadsheet sync
With QB Advanced only one Admin is allowed to use the Sync feature. Multiple admins should be able to sync data!

Project # to auto populate in ascending order as new projects are created
There needs to be a way that a project # is auto assigned to a project when it is created just like it does for an estimate or Invoice. The numbers would ascend as new projects are created.

Need ablility to turn off "automatic calculation" of sales tax in QBO. This is an
QBO needs to allow for 3 decimal points on tax rates for imported invoices and /or the ability to turn off "Automatic calculation" for sales tax. When importing from Connectwise the iif export file is correct, but upon import, QBO overrides the custom tax rate set for the client in both systems and goes to Automatic Calculation, and rounds the tax rate up. The rate should be 5.185 and on import it makes it 5.19

Estimates/Proposals
Allow or create a template that allows users to create a proposal that explains the "scope of services" to be provided. My clients expect professional proposals, not estimates and I need to provide a description of the project, work to be provided/performed, schedule, and methods. The estimates templates do not work for professional services firms (engineering, consulting, etc.) See example attached

Why the Esitmate Vs Actual report option is not available in the Global and EU Quickbook online Version?
I live in Germany, and the estimate vs. actual report option under the project reports is unavailable. The advanced version is also not available in this region. Please either add this option in the EU/Global version so we can use it or make sure that the advanced version is available soon in the EU region, which we can upgrade to the advanced version that can help us keep track of our estimated vs. Actual cost.

Alphanumeric sorting of products sold on an invoice
It would be efficient if you gave us the option to sort products sold alphanumerically on invoices and sales orders. Not only would it help the seller compare physical products to the invoice it would make it easier for the buyer (recipient) to compare the invoice to product received.

Create a separate forum for QuickBooks online
When I click Give Feedback on the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online page, it takes me to a page titled QuickBooks Mobile Feedback Forum. There is no place for me to give feedback for QuickBooks Online. Please add a place or fix your labeling of your screens. See the attached screenshots.

Memo field automatically print from Bill to Check
It's such a manual process now to get a memo to print on a check in QBO online. Very disappointed that there is not option to add a memo to the bill screen which then automatically prints on the check. When processing tons of payments, this is key for any business and the vendors we work with. It's very unprofessional to hand write on the check what it is for.

How To Create and Record checks in QuickBooks Online
To create and record checks in QuickBooks Online, you can follow these steps:
Open QuickBooks Online and go to the “+ New” menu.
Select “Check” under the “Vendors” section.
Fill out the check information, including the date, payee, and amount.
Select the account you want to use to pay the check from the “Bank Account” dropdown menu.
Choose the “Category” for the expense or account that the check is paying for.
Add a memo or note if desired.
Save and print the check or choose to “Save and close” if you don’t need to print it.
