    Issue summary:
    A lot of users are experiencing errors w/ saving/editing/creating txn's like estimates, invoices, etc.
    As a result, a subset of impacted iOS users are unable to save, edit, create transactions for estimates and invoices. The QBO Mobile team is investigating the issue in the incident Zoom bridge.
    The generic QBM popup appears asking for feedback...

  2. Edit Invoice Template

    Apparently, you cannot upload your own invoice template anymore since QB removed this.

    That said, do us all a favour and please update the features of editing an invoice template by adding the following:

    1. Options to drag and edit every area of the document on basic level e.g. move address box to fit under the logo

    2. Add text/image boxes anywhere on page with free text and import otpions

    3. Add header/footers allowing images and free text

    4. Allow watermark and to import your own

    Or just bring back the option to import your own template pretty please!!

  3. Customise purchase order template

    We need to customise our purchase order template similar to how we were able to customise our invoice template with a .docx file. It's an important feature to offer business to keep their branding consistent across all our templates. I use Xero for my other business and it's extremely easy to customise the templates for all accounting documents so I am disappointed to find out that it's not available through Quickbooks and looks to have been requested some years ago now with no update on when this will be available?

  4. Invoice template: "Message to customer" should be specific to that particular template and not update all invoice templates

    When a new invoice template is created or an existing one is edited, if the customer message is changed, it is changed for all existing invoice templates. The customer message should be specific to each template and not update other templates.

  5. Estimate Expiration Date

    We would like to have the ability to turn on a feature that automatically puts an expiration date in an estimate. An example would be that we want all estimates to expire 7 days after entry date.

  6. Provide ability to remove Total Pricing from an Estimate

    Provide the ability to remove total pricing for an estimate. Just provide a check box that allows us to remove it. Sometimes we need a job list on site for our team but we don't want to share product pricing as well as the total price of the job. Allow us to remove this easily on the estimate.

  7. Tags for the Mobile App

    On QuickBooks Online, there is an option to add tags on invoices and estimates. This feature should be available via the Mobile app as well.

  8. Remind users via email to refresh their bank connection

    Send an email reminder to customers when their bank connection refresh is due, to ensure that all transactions get uploaded.

    I didn't log into my account much during 2020 because of the pandemic, and as a result six months of transactions didn't get uploaded to my QB account, which I'm now having to upload manually.

    I knew the connection needed refreshed every so often but I thought all transactions would come through no matter how much time had passed. I didn't realise that if you didn't do it every 90 days you risked having missing transactions. Had this been more…

  9. Tag and split payroll

    It would be great for nonprofits to be able to tag payrolls for different grants, as well as be able to assign a percentage of a salary to different classes.

  10. 1099-Int capability

    Add the ability to track interest transactions and print 1099-Int forms same as you do for 1099-Misc or 1099-NEC.

  11. Recurring invoice to include automatically advancing service date

    It is hard to effectively use recurring invoicing when the service date isn't auto-created. There should be a way to have the service date advance in the same way the invoice date can advance.

  15. Add US Virgin Islands as an available address

    Please add the US Virgin Islands as an available option for employee and vendor address. I am not asking for payroll assistance, just the ability to correctly enter an address for someone in the USVI.

  17. Weekly Timesheets

    Please create a way to make the customer names private on the Weekly timesheet. When a contractor fills out their weekly timesheet, when they click on the customer name dropdown, I don't want them to be able to see the names of every client that my company works with. I only want them to have access to the clients that they specifically work with. I have a tutoring company, and I only want for the tutors to be able to see their clients- not everyone else's clients. PLEASE find a way to fix this!!

  18. Re-order reports by clicking on the column header

    Re-order a report, such as VAT detail, by clicking on the report header. Currently the reports are in date order, but if by clicking on Amount the report was sorted by amount it is easier to spot duplicated transactions.
    Click on Supplier to re-order by supplier, gives the opportunity to review all transactions from that supplier - rather than having to export to excel

    Customer verbatim: Limit increase request, Description : Customer needs to print EOM statements and seh has 500 customer accounts and needs all 500 printed all together at once not 50 or 100 at a time, She says that this is not acceptable as this is a lot of work and if the limit be increased to 500 and up, it will make her work easier as its a really busy store.   20. Require your customer care employees to pass an aptitude test.

    I just spent 45 minutes talking to Heather S on Case:570023663. She did not resolve my issue, and instructed me to unnecessarily call my bank for verification of a transaction. In total, I wasted over 1 hour with her. I called back and spoke to Paul on Case:570028555 regarding the same issue. He resolved my problem and gave me the answer I was looking for in 9 minutes.
