  4. Billable Expense Functionality in Android Mobile App

    Right now when creating expenses in the mobile app (iOS and Android), you can attach an expense to a customer, but you cannot mark the expense as billable. This means that to add billable expenses to invoices, I must go through the desktop to mark all the expenses I created in my phone as billable. I can't imagine the reason for attaching an expense to a customer without also allowing the option of making it a billable expense (the only other use I see in it relates job costing which is another feature QBO lacks).

  6. Bank Deposits on Android Mobile App

    Of all the things I do in my business, deposits are exclusively done outside of the home. Therefore, this is the MOST OBVIOUS mobile app feature, i.e., the ability to add a deposit to QBO from iPhone (etc.).

  8. Mobile App Users want more from the app on Tablets

    Mobile users have expressed the desire to have better, more web-like functionality in the mobile app on Tablets. Due to improved performance, consumers are viewing tablets more like laptops than like phones.

  12. Print shipping/packing slip from Mobile App

    BB4: Omni-Channel Commerce

    add the option to print packing slips from the mobile apps. this is the only thing that keeps me needing a real computer to log into. It seems really easy to do for intuit. when you go to print an invoice let the option be there to print a packing slip instead

  14. RETURN THE EMAIL SENT AND VIEWED INFO AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH INVOICE!!!

    When I am reviewing the AR report it is ESSENTIAL that I see when the invoice was sent and viewed!!! Once in a while the techs will forget to send them and it is IMPERATIVE that I know if the customer has received the invoice and viewed it... sometimes the CUSTOMER may forget to make the payment and the email messages I send reflect all of that!!! PLEASE PUT IT BACK!! I'm sure that there are great ideas that you are implementing, but this saves SO MUCH TIME for us and saves us calling the customer to see if they've…

  15. Custom Email Template

    I would like to have the ability to create a custom email template. Under the "Custom Form Styles" I should be able to create a custom template for emailing invoices to customers.

    This would allow me to use my branding and provide my customers a more personal touch. I don't like the big box in the middle of the email with the Quickbooks branding.

    It doesn't add any value to me to advertise my accounting system to my customers. I would like to promote my own business.

  16. Enable 'Send Later' Invoices and Estimates to be sent on a particular date

    You can currently create invoices and estimates so that they can be sent at a later date. However, to then send these documents you have to undertake a batch send manually. It would be better if you could set the date you want each invoice sent so that the systems sends them automatically on that date. This would mean I could prepare invoices prior to the end of the month and get them sent out all in one go on the dates required. especially handy if you are on holiday

  17. Add Digital Signature to Check Printing [DTM feature]

    Add the ability to be able to print checks with a digital signature. I find it a little bit ridiculous that a program that's aimed towards streamlining businesses does not have this feature. If I print 1,000 checks, guess how many checks I have to sign by hand? All of them.

  18. Create Statements in the Mobile App

    Not being able to create and print a statement from the app is really the most stupid and time wasting thing I’ve ever seen. All these ridiculous updates being done and you can get this one done. Pure insanity

  19. Add Bundles to the Mobile App

    Currently only items can be selected when creating an invoice in the mobile app. Client really needs to be able to select bundles to be able to utilize the app out in the field when interacting with customers.

  20. Create Recurring Invoices in Mobile App

    I am not able to send recurring invoices for guests at my extended stay motel. So I am still using square for payments. I would like to be able to use quick books for invoices but am unable to without this feature.
