  1. Fixed Assets

    It is not possible that I am the first user of a QuickBooks Online product to bring up this issue. Perhaps Intuit is clearing out feedback? When (estimated) will a fixed asset tracker be available for Online products? In what version(s) of QB Online will it be available? Will it accommodate both book and tax depreciation?

    Currently you can go to the following site to verify the status of your deposit: merchantcenter.intuit.com

    We’re currently working on making our language more clear in the app though so that when your invoice is paid, there will be a reminder that you’ll receive your money from your customer in 5-7 business days (often sooner) for credit card transactions and typically within 1-2 business days if the customer paid via ACH

  4. New invoice format isn't working!!! Customization not working at all.

    I can't add items to bundles via drag and drop like I used to. The customer messages at the bottom are saved in my custom form settings but don't show up in the actual invoices. The payment terms section is also blank even though I have saved them in the settings as well.
    This new modern format is a disaster and no amount of trying to fix it on my end is working. This has added 5x the amount of time and effort I have to put into ALL invoices that I need to send. UNACCEPTABLE QUICKBOOKS!

  5. Flat Rate

    AS of today, when I go to create and Invoice or Estimate, after selecting the correct "Product or service" option from that dropdown, I always go next to "Unit" and select between three options of "Units", "Hours" or "Flat Rate". When I started making Invoices today, the "Flat Rate" option all of a sudden has vanished and I am only able to choose from "Units" or "Hours" which will not be acceptable for Flat Rated items. The current invoice format wouldn't be accepted by payment processing by our primary corporate partner and that is a massive issue for my company.

  6. Employees need more than one Class in Time and Payroll

    Many employees do different types of work that would be assigned unique class codes. Currently, you can only have one class code per employee. This is very time consuming come reporting for workman comp every month.
    Payroll needs to take from the Class field on Time so you can run a payroll report with the Class reporting that was input during timesheets.

  8. Project # to auto populate in ascending order as new projects are created

    There needs to be a way that a project # is auto assigned to a project when it is created just like it does for an estimate or Invoice. The numbers would ascend as new projects are created.

  9. STOP THE CONSTANT ADS

    Stop the constant ads on QBO
    I have just signed up for qb and payroll and I had desktop 2017.
    The ads I discovered on up top and I have to scroll down to see the things I am looking for. It is hard enough to figure out how to use your product and the ads just make it harder.
    i see others have asked about this in the past and I assume you will continue to do it, but I really don't like it and I may just start looking somewhere else before I get to far into this.

  11. Accepting Estimations & having a Quotation option

    Why does QB not have automatic acceptance of estimations, so that the client can accept the price? this way the business would not have to chase clients to see if they accept the price. In addition, why is there only a option to give estimations and not quotes, as in the UK these are different.

    Estimations can differ in price

    Quotations are a largely binding price between company and client.

    Clients prefer Quotes so they know what they will pay

    otherwise, we will have data violation and company is subject to huge risks of its data that any user can delete and void their transactions

    and access their information. We do not want to share profit and gain information with all users as example and all accounts. Only for the Account manager.

  18. Make Custom Sales Tax Rates Delete-able in Automated Sales Tax Center

    The new automated sales tax center has no way to delete or make inactive a custom sales tax rate as the previous version of the sales tax center had. This is a very useful feature to persist into the new sales tax center.

  19. Toggle on/off sensitive information displayed on mobile

    The mobile app allows the convenience of using QBO in public areas or in front of customers. However, the customer tab displays a header with "sales in last 90 days" and totals for open balances. I don't need this information at my fingertips, and I really don't need a customer or bypasser to see this information. I'd like to have the option of toggling this sort of information off, specifically in the Customers tab. This would allow me to not have to hide the screen from the eyes of others, and to complete tasks such as having a customer type…
