  1. Provide ability to remove Total Pricing from an Estimate

    Provide the ability to remove total pricing for an estimate. Just provide a check box that allows us to remove it. Sometimes we need a job list on site for our team but we don't want to share product pricing as well as the total price of the job. Allow us to remove this easily on the estimate.

  2. Option to turn off additional Intuit service offers

    I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue.

    I find it incredibly frustrating that there is no way to permanently turn off banners/popups/offers for Intuit's upselling features and services. In the preferences area, there are ways to turn off marketing emails. But still...every time I log in to QBO, I am bombarded with payroll services and more.

    As I am already paying a monthly subscription fee, I find it insulting that it isn't enough for you and you want to take more of your users' money.

  3. Allow transaction field "description" to be displayed.

    Allow the transaction field "description" to be displayed in reports. Right now, only the "Memo" field is included as a similar choice. Most users will input info in the line field "description" rather than scroll to the little box for Memo at the bottom. This saves them lots of time, and so for me would be more of a useable source for customized reports. I ran into this specifically while customizing a report of bills by selected vendors.

  4. bulk update customer list details

    Seems archaic that one can't import an excel sheet to update customer details. One can only import new customers but not update existing customers.

  5. Ability to turn off sales tax in QBO

    There is a button in the Sales Tax tool, under settings, "Turn Off Sales Tax." But you cannot use it. No matter what you do in QBO, delete all invoices with sales tax, all entries to the Sales tax liability account, make all Product/Service items non-taxable, it still will not let you turn off sales tax. This is necessary because QBO is blocking OneSaas from completing the invoice migration from FreshBooks to QBO. SF Case #1577629820

  6. Improve Customer Information and Organization

    Enhance the organization of customer information (add more first name, last name, email fields)

    I love Quickbooks, but one of the negatives are we have multiple contacts for our customers and are unable to organize our contact list. To better organize our contacts (and to potentially use the email functionality) I would like to see more name fields so we can put the first and last name of the other email addresses. Currently we are able to put 1 first and last name and 2 or 3 email address but no way organize the names with the emails addresses.

  8. Scheduling within the Mobile App

    Service-oriented businesses could see more value in the app with an option to effectively manage and schedule appointments, with added leverage coming from push notifications coming from the app.

  9. Price Levels in Mobile App

    i have recently subscribe to quickbooks and i am trying to set up my company parameters, accounts, customers, inventory etc.. I was informed that the international version does not allow you to have multiple price list for the same product. I was given the option to create different subcategories of the product as different price lists, meaning that I have to create 5 different subcategories and post the same item in all categories with different price, I am a bit disappointed as this is not user friendly at all.   10. Service Categories on New Invoice Layout

    The new invoice layout doesn't show the service item category. Our entire billing system is setup to break the services down by category and have different billable rates depending on the category. Without being able to see that, the new layout is useless.

  12. Blacklist certain customers from auto invoice reminders

    Please allow us to blacklist certain customers so that they don't receive automatic invoice renewals. Not all of our customers appreciate the automatic renewals, especially when there are substantial completion holdbacks.

  13. Add tab for collection notes under Customers

    I need functionality for collection notes like there is in desktop. A different tab and ability to enter notes with an automatic date stamp. The notes options in QB Online are completely insufficient and clutter up the main customer view!

  14. Estimates/Proposals

    Allow or create a template that allows users to create a proposal that explains the "scope of services" to be provided. My clients expect professional proposals, not estimates and I need to provide a description of the project, work to be provided/performed, schedule, and methods. The estimates templates do not work for professional services firms (engineering, consulting, etc.) See example attached

  15. Customise purchase order template

    We need to customise our purchase order template similar to how we were able to customise our invoice template with a .docx file. It's an important feature to offer business to keep their branding consistent across all our templates. I use Xero for my other business and it's extremely easy to customise the templates for all accounting documents so I am disappointed to find out that it's not available through Quickbooks and looks to have been requested some years ago now with no update on when this will be available?

  16. Recurring invoice to include automatically advancing service date

    It is hard to effectively use recurring invoicing when the service date isn't auto-created. There should be a way to have the service date advance in the same way the invoice date can advance.

    It is not possible that I am the first user of a QuickBooks Online product to bring up this issue. Perhaps Intuit is clearing out feedback? When (estimated) will a fixed asset tracker be available for Online products? In what version(s) of QB Online will it be available? Will it accommodate both book and tax depreciation?

    Currently you can go to the following site to verify the status of your deposit: merchantcenter.intuit.com

    We’re currently working on making our language more clear in the app though so that when your invoice is paid, there will be a reminder that you’ll receive your money from your customer in 5-7 business days (often sooner) for credit card transactions and typically within 1-2 business days if the customer paid via ACH
