Allow us to see the COST of an item in the Estimate page.
Note: I don't know why this ended up in the QuickBooks MOBILE Feedback area, it was meant for the Online Website version, but honestly it would also be very convenient for the Mobile app as well, so whatever.
I would like to be able to see how much an item COST ME in the New Estimate screen.. It wouldn't be shown to the customer obviously when the estimate is sent, just so I can adjust the price real quick if need be.
Either that, or add an "Edit Item" button from within the New Estimate page, so that I can…

Ability to turn off sales tax in QBO
There is a button in the Sales Tax tool, under settings, "Turn Off Sales Tax." But you cannot use it. No matter what you do in QBO, delete all invoices with sales tax, all entries to the Sales tax liability account, make all Product/Service items non-taxable, it still will not let you turn off sales tax. This is necessary because QBO is blocking OneSaas from completing the invoice migration from FreshBooks to QBO. SF Case #1577629820

Provide ability to remove Total Pricing from an Estimate
Provide the ability to remove total pricing for an estimate. Just provide a check box that allows us to remove it. Sometimes we need a job list on site for our team but we don't want to share product pricing as well as the total price of the job. Allow us to remove this easily on the estimate.

Option to turn off additional Intuit service offers
I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue.
I find it incredibly frustrating that there is no way to permanently turn off banners/popups/offers for Intuit's upselling features and services. In the preferences area, there are ways to turn off marketing emails. But still...every time I log in to QBO, I am bombarded with payroll services and more.
As I am already paying a monthly subscription fee, I find it insulting that it isn't enough for you and you want to take more of your users' money.

New invoice format isn't working!!! Customization not working at all.
I can't add items to bundles via drag and drop like I used to. The customer messages at the bottom are saved in my custom form settings but don't show up in the actual invoices. The payment terms section is also blank even though I have saved them in the settings as well.
This new modern format is a disaster and no amount of trying to fix it on my end is working. This has added 5x the amount of time and effort I have to put into ALL invoices that I need to send. UNACCEPTABLE QUICKBOOKS!8 votes -
Allow transaction field "description" to be displayed.
Allow the transaction field "description" to be displayed in reports. Right now, only the "Memo" field is included as a similar choice. Most users will input info in the line field "description" rather than scroll to the little box for Memo at the bottom. This saves them lots of time, and so for me would be more of a useable source for customized reports. I ran into this specifically while customizing a report of bills by selected vendors.

Bring back the option to import your own template on Form Style
Bring back the option to import your own template on Form Style, we need to have different invoice depending of the bank account we send to the guests, plus information in the invoice, and on the invoice of QB only allow 400characters, wich are not enough for the bank details and payment details.

Seems archaic that one can't import an excel sheet to update customer details. One can only import new customers but not update existing customers.

Improve Customer Information and Organization
Enhance the organization of customer information (add more first name, last name, email fields)
I love Quickbooks, but one of the negatives are we have multiple contacts for our customers and are unable to organize our contact list. To better organize our contacts (and to potentially use the email functionality) I would like to see more name fields so we can put the first and last name of the other email addresses. Currently we are able to put 1 first and last name and 2 or 3 email address but no way organize the names with the emails addresses.

It is not possible that I am the first user of a QuickBooks Online product to bring up this issue. Perhaps Intuit is clearing out feedback? When (estimated) will a fixed asset tracker be available for Online products? In what version(s) of QB Online will it be available? Will it accommodate both book and tax depreciation?

Price Levels in Mobile App
i have recently subscribe to quickbooks and i am trying to set up my company parameters, accounts, customers, inventory etc.. I was informed that the international version does not allow you to have multiple price list for the same product. I was given the option to create different subcategories of the product as different price lists, meaning that I have to create 5 different subcategories and post the same item in all categories with different price, I am a bit disappointed as this is not user friendly at all. Service Categories on New Invoice Layout
The new invoice layout doesn't show the service item category. Our entire billing system is setup to break the services down by category and have different billable rates depending on the category. Without being able to see that, the new layout is useless.

Employees need more than one Class in Time and Payroll
Many employees do different types of work that would be assigned unique class codes. Currently, you can only have one class code per employee. This is very time consuming come reporting for workman comp every month.
Payroll needs to take from the Class field on Time so you can run a payroll report with the Class reporting that was input during timesheets.7 votes
