Price Levels in Mobile App
i have recently subscribe to quickbooks and i am trying to set up my company parameters, accounts, customers, inventory etc.. I was informed that the international version does not allow you to have multiple price list for the same product. I was given the option to create different subcategories of the product as different price lists, meaning that I have to create 5 different subcategories and post the same item in all categories with different price, I am a bit disappointed as this is not user friendly at all. Also in case I do that how it will appear in the different sale/inventory/cos. reports????

The price rule is basically useless. i have federal contracts with products, hundreds, under 1 customer. Yet, price rules in the online version of QB only allows for 10 items per rule? are you kidding? First we had to suffer under using Categories which was stupid, i had to enter a single product 4 times to have it listed in different categories. then Prices rules filnally came out and today i was ready to begin the transition of removing ALL products and upload again and then use price rules, only to find out that after my 10th entery, it tells me i have "MAXED" out on entries for the price rule. Who thinks of these things??? that's like taking a kid into a candy store and telling him, sit still, i'll find you 1 piece of candy. You are sooo close, yet given limits. I don't get it? if the feature is there, why the limitation on the amount of items under a rule? Quickbooks, your better than this, please fix asap!!

I am also having issues with applying different pricing and if I could just give a discount per product when creating the quote / invoice that would help - but the only way to discount is by a set percentage of the subtotal.
