  1. Edit Billing/Shipping Address for Clients directly on the Invoice or Sales Receipt in the Mobile App

    Customers want to edit the shipping and billing address on the invoice itself. Currently, you would have to select the customer, click on the circle i symbol, and edit the Customer's Profile information. Users want to do this per invoice. Override ability.

  3. Accept Estimates Online

    I have an electrical company and I would love to be able to have a button link embedded to the email (estimate) similar to the "Pay Invoice" button so our customers can accept the estimate online and not have to print, sign, scan and send back to us!

  4. Invoice template: "Message to customer" should be specific to that particular template and not update all invoice templates

    When a new invoice template is created or an existing one is edited, if the customer message is changed, it is changed for all existing invoice templates. The customer message should be specific to each template and not update other templates.

  5. Scheduling within the Mobile App

    Service-oriented businesses could see more value in the app with an option to effectively manage and schedule appointments, with added leverage coming from push notifications coming from the app.

  6. Price Levels in Mobile App

    i have recently subscribe to quickbooks and i am trying to set up my company parameters, accounts, customers, inventory etc.. I was informed that the international version does not allow you to have multiple price list for the same product. I was given the option to create different subcategories of the product as different price lists, meaning that I have to create 5 different subcategories and post the same item in all categories with different price, I am a bit disappointed as this is not user friendly at all.   7. Allow us to see the COST of an item in the Estimate page.

    Note: I don't know why this ended up in the QuickBooks MOBILE Feedback area, it was meant for the Online Website version, but honestly it would also be very convenient for the Mobile app as well, so whatever.

    I would like to be able to see how much an item COST ME in the New Estimate screen.. It wouldn't be shown to the customer obviously when the estimate is sent, just so I can adjust the price real quick if need be.

    Currently you can go to the following site to verify the status of your deposit: merchantcenter.intuit.com

    We’re currently working on making our language more clear in the app though so that when your invoice is paid, there will be a reminder that you’ll receive your money from your customer in 5-7 business days (often sooner) for credit card transactions and typically within 1-2 business days if the customer paid via ACH

  12. Add tags to journal entries

    I can see this is a common request under Quickbooks Q&A but I can not find it under the feedback forum.

    The tagging feature is nice but not helpful when journal entries are excluded from tagging.

  14. Improve Customer Information and Organization

    Enhance the organization of customer information (add more first name, last name, email fields)

    I love Quickbooks, but one of the negatives are we have multiple contacts for our customers and are unable to organize our contact list. To better organize our contacts (and to potentially use the email functionality) I would like to see more name fields so we can put the first and last name of the other email addresses. Currently we are able to put 1 first and last name and 2 or 3 email address but no way organize the names with the emails addresses.

    It is not possible that I am the first user of a QuickBooks Online product to bring up this issue. Perhaps Intuit is clearing out feedback? When (estimated) will a fixed asset tracker be available for Online products? In what version(s) of QB Online will it be available? Will it accommodate both book and tax depreciation?

  18. Toggle on/off sensitive information displayed on mobile

    The mobile app allows the convenience of using QBO in public areas or in front of customers. However, the customer tab displays a header with "sales in last 90 days" and totals for open balances. I don't need this information at my fingertips, and I really don't need a customer or bypasser to see this information. I'd like to have the option of toggling this sort of information off, specifically in the Customers tab.   20. Tags per line item/journal entry

    Tags have become a critical way for us to do proper budgeting for our non-profits transactions and to give our operational divisions a way to know what they've spent without cluttering up our chart of accounts for when we pass our finances off to our accountant for taxes. The fact that we can't

    1) add tags to journal entries and
