Searching for a Customer
You should be able to search for a customer by entering their address, or phone #, or email address NOT JUST THEIR NAME?

We have hundreds of customers, many by the same name. We need to look up by address daily. This should be an option for the mobile app AND the online version!!

Beyond frustrating these features are unavailable. So much room for improvement. Completely agree with Anonymous. I've been including additional info in the *Display name as bar so we can attempt to locate. When doing this though I have to take extra steps to modify sending invoices etc because the greeting of the email will include all info entered in that field.

Great idea especially when using the QBO app on smartphone.
Helps us quickly look up notes or details while speaking to the customer on the phone. -

There are numerous occasions where we have limited information on a customer and have to do a search. With Q.B. Desk Top you could search with a part of any information that made up that account i.e. address, phone #, email address. I have no way of searching for a customer without the exact information that is in the customer field bar and that's it. This is ridiculous? There should be a way to set up a customized search filter or something where if all I have is a phone # or an address I can still search for that customer????
