There are numerous occasions where we have limited information on a customer and have to do a search. With Q.B. Desk Top you could search with a part of any information that made up that account i.e. address, phone #, email address. I have no way of searching for a customer without the exact information that is in the customer field bar and that's it. This is ridiculous? There should be a way to set up a customized search filter or something where if all I have is a phone # or an address I can still search for that customer????
