Ability to Send Sales Forms from own Email Address (Available on Web for Gmail users)
Why hasn't this already been done and why has this not received more votes?? This should be an absolute STANDARD 'feature'. I could do it with my other cloud software and now we are regretting the change.
Ridiculous. A VERY simple SMTP addition and this could all be solved. I do NOT want to pay for third party services such as Zapier etc to do this.
Then there is someone answering these queries on the support site with 'of course you can send the emails through your own system, just download and save as a pdf and then attach it to your email'. This is NOT helpful, and a ridiculous response as in fact the system does NOT natively support SMTP so stop with the false suggestions. If I wanted to add yet more time to our day to day activities I would have gone with a desktop solution, oh wait but Quickbooks desktops DOES have the SMTP function. Hmmmm a step forward or backward?
This is 2019, a basic function like this should exist. I do not want our clients to receive emails from '@quickbooks', this is highly UNPROFESSIONAL. It also means we cannot use the built in mail and scheduling function so no time saved for us there. We cannot effectively track emails, get email receipts and a whole host of other functions that we could have if you just listen and get this function added.
Kashflow has this, Sage has this, maybe it's time to switch.
Please note - this was originally posted on your first/other suggestion board - I note it had 24 votes and you failed to bring it over when you set this one up. I wonder why it is that you keep ignoring this request by many, many users.

This option is implemented for invoices, where you can send the invoice from your Gmail account, but it does not work for estimates. I have a couple of users that use the QuickBooks system, but when someone sends an estimate, it is hard for them to keep track of it because it goes to the company email if the client responds--not to the email of the user who sent that email. It is tedious/annoying because we have to forward the replies to ourselves.

Please add support for Office 365, or a generic SMTP option!

I understand there is an option to send invoices using my company e-mail account instead of quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. This option is not available when sending estimates, and it really needs to be. I do not want my customers receiving e-mails from Intuit and having no idea who sent them. If you can integrate sending invoices from a business Gmail address, I do not see why that cannot be done with estimates as well.

Yes, this should be a standard. Just implement this Intuit!

@Mav QBO now has the functionality to send from Google email addresses. I am assuming Google probably has the most emails, so my guess is this functionality will be rolled out for other platforms in the near future as well (Outlook, etc).
