  7. Issue with product bundle's sub items not populated

    I created a product as "Daily Sales-bundle" to have all the sub-categories items (Cash sales, Tips, Discount, Check, Credit card payment, etc.) preset. This helped me with create the Daily Sales receipt for my business. Normally, I can select the bundle from Product/Service drop down list, and all sub-items will be populated under for me to enter the amount. However, it stops working. The items are not populated, and I have to manually select one by one. This is not efficient at all. Please fix.

  14. The sales receipt date needs to stay the same as the transaction date when changing the detail button.

    When I click on the details button when trying to categorize a sales receipt the sales receipt date is not staying the as the transaction date. It is instead changing to today's date that I am doing the categorizing. It used to not do that. So now my dates are getting thrown off. For example my sales date for this transaction was June 3rd but when I click on details and the sales receipt pops up the date changed to June 16

    New user for QBO global, and I was very disappointed to learn that receipt capture was a geolocked feature only available in a few countries. As an expat small business owner, I know that many expats here would greatly appreciate that this function be added here, as vendors are required to either present a official paper receipt or email a digital copy here.

    I have used Quicken for years, and can easily scan the original receipt into the program. With Quick Books however, I have to scan the receipt page by page. After scanning each page, I have to save the file. As an example ... "2021-08-08 - Spectrum Business - Acct # 0050916539-01 - Pg 1 - $80.51". Once I have scanned the first page, I then have to scan in and save the second page, then save it once again with Pg 2 at the end of the file name. Their bill is 8 pages long each month. I use an…

  20. Improve chat support

    Difficult problem made worse by bad advice from prior support session. This session started with trying to sell services. He was reluctant to open a session to share a screen. He ended woth sending a video that "might help", didn't have a solution, didn't provide a link for bookkeeping as I finally asked for since he didn't know how to fix nor how to solve my original problem. Prior Intuit support has been pretty good. Last two have been 3 of 5 and 1 of 5 stars.
