We would love there to me an option that does not allow an invoice to be complete when there is an item that would go to negative inventory with that invoice. Also, it would be handy to display on hand inventory when entering items on the mobile app.

I want to adjust the cost of a product or service, but not the quantity in QBO. If I change the cost in the Products and Services section, then it changes my inventory in prior months and years (which changes my retained earnings). Then I need to go back and make journal entries to agree to my monthly inventory. With price changes 2-3 times a year, it is very time consuming. QB's desktop allowed you to change the price and choose a certain date forward or allow you from the beginning of the item being created. Please update this feature in QBO to be like desktop.

I agree, this should be a standard option. It is rare to actually have a bill at the time that we receive our product. I have had to resort to using temporary bill numbers just to have the product available to sell or deliver to customers.

we need to have option while make new product or service to mention the unit of product or service like Pcs, Kg , gm , Sqm, Mtr ... etc

Currently QuickBooks Online does not have the "Receive Inventory without a Bill" feature. This feature is in QB Desktop and is critical to real time inventory management when a reseller may not receive a bill from the manufacturer for 7-10 days after receipt of inventory items.

Currently there is no function to merge duplicate inventory items. There's value in being able to merge items, combining their links and history.

QBO needs to have the same functionality that QBDT has in terms of functionality of changing the Total Value of inventory.

A staff member with limited access should be able to add new quantities of inventory to an existing inventory item. Meaning, they should be able to put through inventory adjustments.

Would be great to be able to do a stocktake with the app, scan the barcode with the camera, enter the qty, if scan the same barcode again have the option to add or adjust the qty.

Inventory Count should appear in the mobile app. I am an online retailer I am receiving my customers' requests while I am on go, so the only access I have to my inventory in QuickBooks is the mobile app... This feature is extremely important to me

I would like to see curent inventory numbers via the mobile apps.
