Add Digital Signature to Check Printing [DTM feature]
Add the ability to be able to print checks with a digital signature. I find it a little bit ridiculous that a program that's aimed towards streamlining businesses does not have this feature. If I print 1,000 checks, guess how many checks I have to sign by hand? All of them.

This is unacceptable.

How can we not have this feature.

What a step back! I've been e-signing checks on desktop since installing it in 2018, and now I have to manually sign every check we print?! Unacceptable. Here's a scenario to consider: As an employee for a small business, I'm responsible for almost all accounting functions, including payroll and expenses. I need at least two signatures available: Mine for anything not payable to myself (e.g., expenses), and one for payroll so that someone else is accountable for the payroll check payable to me. Can you imagine the risk presented by having an employee sign his/her own paychecks?

In setting up an agreement with a client for additional services, I was shocked to learn that QB Online does not allow for digital signature of checks. I will now have to drive to the client's location weekly to have checks signed. If this feature exists on the desktop version, how hard can it be to add it to the Online version. The version QB encourages everyone to use.

This is crucial to streamlining the check printing process. I currently have to hunt down my check signers because they are busy in the field. This often causes late payments to our vendors. If it was a feature on the Desktop version which was made obsolete, and we were forced to use the online version; why take it away?? PLEASE add back the digital signature feature.

With QB dropping the desktop versions outside of enterprise, this feature MUST come back to QuickBooks. This has been a basic feature for decades and should never have been left out of any version of QuickBooks.

Agree with GAP Logistics comment. This is a critical need for ANY business in today's remote working environment. This should be a TOP PRIORITY for QB online engineers.

Asinine that adding a digital signature to checks is not an option in 2023. This is CRTICAL for any business printing hundreds or thousands of checks a month. Considering moving back to QB Desktop to save time and money.

just change from Desktop to the online version where I just upload my signature, and simple, now I can't find a way for the online version, and my Accountant said to me, "good luck getting QBKS to make your life easier", just go out and buy a stamp, not happy with this version..arrrrg

Agreed! Why is this still not being addressed. I'm having other issues with QBO and this is the final straw. Customer service is not helpful, functionality is limited, and the fees are outrageous. They want everyone to migrate to the online version so they can collect fees indefinitely. Well, good luck with that, I'm looking elsewhere.

Yes, please add ability to print signatures on checks.

This is a good idea and should be fairly easy to add in the software. Like other companies here, If I print a large number of checks, I get writers cramp from signing them all....

Not having e-signature for checks is absolutely bad especially during the pandemic when everything is run online.
Please add it ASAP!!

Our company would also benefit from this feature. I understand it is available with the desktop version. Not sure why this wouldn't work with QBO. PLEASE ADD

THIS SETTING WOULD BE GREATLY BENEFICIAL FOR MY FIRM. HAVING TO CHASE DOWN CLIENTS FOR SIGNATURES IS TIME CONSUMING AND FRUSTRATING.

This is absolutely crazy that this feature isn't available. PLEASE ADD DIGITAL SIGNATURE options. I pay all the bills at our company and can't send off the checks until I get the boss to sign everything. It's ridiculous.
