No one should tx money directly to your organization. There is no consumer protection. Cc and PayPal are the norm.
Please update your business practice
Bank transfers are for house closings and other six figure transactions.
Pay the few percent cc fee businesses are responsible for. You certainly charge enough to cover it!

Payment History/Records of invoices
With an account I already have - it would be great to see a history of my payments. This would be great to track invoices, and if there is missed payments due to invoices lost in shuffle I could see them. Many of invoices are re-occurring, so can forecast or look at payment options using the history as guidance.

Credit cards for payment
You need to allow for payments to be made using a credit or debit card. I do not carry checks and only have a few on hand for emergencies. It makes it difficult to quickly pay invoices.
