Bank of America customers lit up social media on Wednesday with complaints that Zelle transactions weren't being processed and money was missing from their accounts.

"I almost lost my mind when I saw $2,000 was missing from my account," one customer posted on Twitter Wednesday morning.

Another customer tweeted that Bank of America "magically disappeared a large Zelle transaction that HAD ALREADY POSTED."

Bank of America acknowledged that there was a problem with processing Zelle transactions, but said that it was resolved later on Wednesday.

Another article stated over $400.000 went missing and the bank tried to say that no, they would not reimburse the client because they said that the client voluntary okayed the money to be sent., but clients took them to court.

No way, Zelle have a history of being gullible enough for others to rip of people.
There is an article out where B of A lost over $400.000 thousand dollars and B Of A is a sponsor of Zelle.
I personally do not trust those consumers owned money transfer transactions offered to consumers through such as those type of payout to people. It is just as easy as going through the bank & with more protection, although the banks are beginning to fail their customers in the past year and a half..
In the article, the banks failed to refund the clients, but, clients took them to court.
To prevent such as that I will not use.

Zelle is safer than requiring routing numbers.

Zelle is better for the merchant because they get their funds immediately, and there’s no fees involved, but also doesn’t give us any rewards but that’s better than routing number approach xo
