I am unable to print
I am unable to print my receipt or my invoice on my Apple Mac computer. I have the latest Adobe software, so I don't know what to do. Please write me at nrhochhaus@yahoo.com and let me know if there is a work-around so that I can keep better records when I pay (conveniently, thank you) with Intuit quickbooks. Thanks, Naomi Hochhaus

As a small business
As a small business owner, we get a ton of spam invoices from intuit. You make it so easy for anyone to use your platform to send us fake invoices. I block intuit from our webservers but have enabled it temporarily for this period. You need to figure out a way of being a reputable organization - meaning if I see an invoice from intuit, I know you did your homework. You have a long way to get there.

1st, you should defa
1st, you should default to Credit, not Debit. 2nd, after I entered the credit card info and entered a future payment date, you sent a code to my email ID which I successfully responded with. THEN, you cleared out all of my credit card information so I had to re-enter it and you sent a code to my phone which I successfully responded with. Your change the payment date option needs to be recoded so one entry of the credit card info is all that is needed. If this is intentional, like defaulting to Debit Card, Intuit is very STUPID!

I received four invoices and two texts in three days for a service performed on the first day. Can you say harassment? This was otherwise a great transaction. The online payment process killed it. Next time, I'll refuse to use the online service and mail a paper check.
