I can only see what I owe off they send me an invoice for that month.. it won’t let me check other months to pay unless they send me a link

It would be so great
It would be so great if you included the name of the business, the amount, as well as the invoice number in all email correspondence and invoices that your customers receive from you. That would be VERY HELPFUL those of us that use QBO for multiple businesses. Please do that!

I am shocked by the $25 fee after paying the invoice. It was not clear there would be a fee for paying online especially with a bank transfer, not a credit card.

$25 convenience fee is not acceptable. I will reach out the vendor to ask them to pay another way.

Have the invoice not
Have the invoice notice come several days before the due date. I'm getting due notices on the due date, even on weekends, and I can't pay (by bank deduction) until Monday at the earliest and the payment is shown as past the actual due date.

I have clicked save my info but it never saves. I used to be able to sign in to my quickbooks account and pay directly but your new invoice links do not allow this

Autopay should give
Autopay should give the option to choose the date that payment is sent. It shouldn't just automatically pay on the due date, with no way to change that. My vendor likes to be paid in advance of the due date, and there's apparently no way to do that with auto-pay, so I have to login and pay every month manually.

Can't save my information ever with this vendor. Think it's because I have other vendors, shockingly who use this payment option. Stop being clowns and test software before fielding it.
