NOT HAPPY AT ALL abo
NOT HAPPY AT ALL about being charged a FEE for an ACH transfer!! If I had paid via a credit card I would understand a merchant fee, but NOT for a bank transfer payment!!

Every week I make my payment and every week I click to have my info saved to make checkout easier next time. I get the Intuit code, enter it, hit save, get the confirmation, and my info is never saved for the next time.

I selected auto pay
I selected auto pay and submitted payment, but got an error message. I tried again just paying the open invoice and de-selecting the auto pay option, and the payment processed. I am not happy that it didn't work when auto pay was selected.

Why can't I pay with my bank information (ACH) like i always have?????? Are you forcing people to pay with card so you make extra money on the transaction? what is going on. this all worked fine for the last 10+ years why now is it giving me issues?

Although I click and request that you save my payment instructions, you never do. Every week, I have to re-enter the same banking information (routing and account numbers) which is very tedious.
