When a pop-up appear
When a pop-up appears during account creation asking permission to access other apps on my computer, it should tell me which apps will be accessed. Since I had no idea what else your payment app wanted to access on my computer, I clicked "No."

I had previously paid this bill to this vendor on August 11 and no place on your side did it indicate that there would be a 3.5% service fee. After paying, I was informed of the fee and requested that the merchant reverse the charge and that I would then pay by check instead of credit card per my request they did this and then I was charged another 3.5% service fee, I think for transparency reasons it should indicate on your site that this fee exists.
