There are multiple invoices for various vehicles but there's no memo line that allows the service provider to help us understand which vehicle is being worked on. In the same token when we onboard a new client that has a specific location and or class QuickBooks does not offer the ability to memorize that location and or class that helps us identify a source of expense or income for that client. The only time we can at a class or location is when an invoice is being generated and or an automated invoices being generated

Every single time I pay an invoice I highlight the box to save my bank information. But, every single time I pay the invoice I have to keep putting in the bank information all over again. Why is that?

25$ "convenience fee
25$ "convenience fee" is absurd especially when contractors do separate change orders for projects that add multiple transactions. Ill now have paid an extra 75$ for an automated system paying convenience i might as well pay through paypall and zelle with no service charges.

Paying invoices to vendors using Intuit accounting software triggers fraud alerts 100% of the time to our cards. Very annoying and frustrating. Highly discourage using Intuit software

When I log in to QB
When I log in to QB my payments are being declined. If I pay from the email and don't sign in, then they are going through using the same payment method. Very frustrating! This has worked for several years and in May of 2026 stopped being functional from the signed in platform. Not okay!

is there some reason why you don't send invoices when they are due, instead of notices that someone is past due and adding a $20 fee? A simple invoice prior to due date would save you customers avoidable fees!
