LInks in new users emails are not working

Stuck in old create invoice layout
My create an invoice page has inexplicably reverted to the old layout with no option to return to the new create invoice layout. Totally stuck and its very frustrating!

Permitir que el sistema lleve una secuencia numérica distinta por cada formulario "Template"
En muchos países latinoamericanos las agencias que manejan impuesto les exigen llevar diferentes tipos de facturas (invoices) a esto se le conoce como Facturas con Valor Fiscal. Esto es obligatorio y para ello el usuario de Quickbooks en dichos países necesita tener multiples modelos de facturas (templates) y cada factura debe tener su propia secuencia numérica.
Actualmente la version de QBO global, te permite crear diferentes templates, pero todos bajo una misma secuencia numérica.
Es sumamente importante que Intuit haga un cambio que le permita a los usuarios asignar y controlar una secuencia numérica separada para cada tipo de factura…2 votes -

Autopay
I click the “review and pay” button via my email invoice….log in…and see text at the top of the page that says “Turn on autopay to pay on time.” Cool! WHERE????
Pretty ridiculous that theres no option to do that anywhere and that the text isn’t linked! Wtf is that about?
Reviewing this page of feedback makes me wonder if QB/intuit has any developers working there at all. At all?!??

Add an option to decline making a payment.
This is for a service I no longer use. If I could click on an option to decline making a payment (and the seller would be notified), that would be helpful.

One-time payment vs. recurring payment
Please provide assurance at time of payment to a payor that states a particular invoice does not link to a recurring payment, in consideration of what 3.(e) of the terms of service implies.

It keep declining my payment. The funds are there. The system is horrible.

better customer service
Maybe having your staff actually return phone calls🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️. Several messages left with no response back. Work not completed. As stated it would be completed. Had to have service person. Go back to the house and complete recommendations. After being told they would call with recommendations before they left. Will definitely be going with a different company.

I feel harassed, the service was Wed and Friday I was called asking when I will make payment. I said the invoice says it’s due before 9-15.
When the lady called 2 days after service she said well that’s only for commercial accounts . I said well this is the 2nd time I’ve used their service last and have lots more work lined up and scheduled and I always pay in a timely manner. She then told me the due date on the invoice is only for commercial accounts. I said well it does not say that anywhere on the invoice. I will be happy to pay before it is due.
