this is only bill pay I have that charges a monthly fee to the payee. This should not even be an option but rather should be already included with the fee charged you charge to business owner for utilizing your service. Because its part of the invoice, doesn't allow use of personal bank bill paying method as then invoice won't be fully paid. Also charges card fee in addition to this fee. Very outdated and not customer centric.
