  4. Look, one month auto

    Look, one month auto pay didn’t work and the vendor wasn’t notified. Then, it worked and vendor also wasn’t notified and they almost kicked my kids out of school until you fixed the glitch. Then, autopay stopped working and again, more problems. Your software sucks behind the scenes, it’s broken or causing problems as often as it actually works.

    The vendor is wonderful but Intuit - youbstink! You charged me $25 for an electronic transfer after I've paid but didn't tell me beforehand! That's more than a credit card fee!
    I would have ordered a check from my bank for free if I had known

  15. Send Later for recurring invoices

    Add an option to "Send Later" in the Recurring Template Options.
    "Automatically email" sends an email immediately when the recurring invoice is created.
    There's an option to Print Later, but no option to Send Later.

    Accept the name that is provided for the acccount holder's name. Bank accounts are not always in a traditionsl name - such as when someone use only his/her first initial and middle name.
