I attempted to set u
I attempted to set up an autopay, but there was no option to set the date, so I canceled it and made the payment manually. I want to pay my bill on the 9th of the month instead of the due date, which is on the 30th, but I can't seem to do that in autopay.

The payment process
The payment process should have offered cards instead of just a bank transfer. Also, this tree service never mentioned a service fee prior to, or during, our interaction. I will not be using them again.

Steven was exception
Steven was exceptional. I had never worked with him before, but he took my call right away, came to my house the very next day, diagnosed the problem, and had everything fixed the following day.
He was extremely professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, letting me know when he would arrive, exactly what needed to be repaired, and what the job would entail. His pricing was also very fair.
It was an absolute pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend Steven to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and honest. 5 Stars!

You default my Amex
You default my Amex credit card to pay as a DEBIT card. This only makes it likely I will forget to change it to CREDI card and pay incorrectly.

Please ensure that only the bare minimum javascript privs are asked for. I had to OK a dozen domains to have access to run java. Why? Who are all these people who want access to run code on my machine?
