The tip note is very confusing. If you want to use "other", you can't tell if an entry in the "other" block is % or $.

The merchant bills Q
The merchant bills QUARTERLY, but there is no option for that. So I have it set to monthly, but no idea if that will overpay or if their quarterly invoice covers or what.
