PDF Receipt Opens With Missing or Incorrect Content
I noticed an issue with a PDF document when trying to view or use it on a mobile device. The PDF does not display the content as expected, which makes it difficult to read and use the document properly.
I have attached a sample PDF that demonstrates the issue. It would be helpful if QuickBooks could improve PDF rendering and make sure that text, images, spacing, and other document elements are displayed correctly when the file is opened or downloaded.
A consistent PDF output would make it much easier for users to save, share, and review their documents across different devices and PDF readers.

This is a useful issue to point out. PDFs should maintain the same layout and content whether they are opened on a phone, tablet, or computer. Improving rendering consistency would make downloaded documents much more reliable for users.

I’ve experienced similar PDF display issues on mobile devices. When text or other elements don’t render correctly, it can make an otherwise useful document difficult to read. Better compatibility across different PDF readers would definitely improve the experience.
