  1. limited users must be restricted from deletion of any transaction and we should have access limitation of data available for any users.

    I agree with this. In addition, we should have a function to lock changes up until a specific date. With this, it will be impossible for somebody to book expenses on a date far before the current date - making it un trackable and making it not appearing in PnL.
