  3. Custom Email Template

    I would like to have the ability to create a custom email template. Under the "Custom Form Styles" I should be able to create a custom template for emailing invoices to customers.

    This would allow me to use my branding and provide my customers a more personal touch. I don't like the big box in the middle of the email with the Quickbooks branding.

    It doesn't add any value to me to advertise my accounting system to my customers. I would like to promote my own business.

  4. Enable 'Send Later' Invoices and Estimates to be sent on a particular date

    You can currently create invoices and estimates so that they can be sent at a later date. However, to then send these documents you have to undertake a batch send manually. It would be better if you could set the date you want each invoice sent so that the systems sends them automatically on that date. This would mean I could prepare invoices prior to the end of the month and get them sent out all in one go on the dates required. especially handy if you are on holiday

  5. RETURN THE EMAIL SENT AND VIEWED INFO AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH INVOICE!!!

    When I am reviewing the AR report it is ESSENTIAL that I see when the invoice was sent and viewed!!! Once in a while the techs will forget to send them and it is IMPERATIVE that I know if the customer has received the invoice and viewed it... sometimes the CUSTOMER may forget to make the payment and the email messages I send reflect all of that!!!   6. Create Recurring Invoices in Mobile App

    I am not able to send recurring invoices for guests at my extended stay motel. So I am still using square for payments. I would like to be able to use quick books for invoices but am unable to without this feature.

  7. Edit Invoice Template

    Apparently, you cannot upload your own invoice template anymore since QB removed this.

    That said, do us all a favour and please update the features of editing an invoice template by adding the following:

    1. Options to drag and edit every area of the document on basic level e.g. move address box to fit under the logo

    2. Add text/image boxes anywhere on page with free text and import otpions

    3. Add header/footers allowing images and free text

    4. Allow watermark and to import your own

    Or just bring back the option to import your own template pretty please!!

  8. Additional totals/Added markup fee Functionality in QBO/Mobile App [DTM feature]

    Make the "Markup" column available to online QuickBooks services for Billable Expense flow!

    The desktop version had a very useful tool with the "markup" column, allowing businesses, that use parts as well as labor services, to add a percentage to the store's cost of parts without needing to grab a calculator and figure it out each time. This service is not available on the online version of QuickBooks.

    Please bring this feature to the online services!

  9. Need more customization options for new invoice format

    I've seen several forum posts about issues with invoice formatting, some aesthetic and some more function based. So I'd say overall, there just needs to be a better way for each company to build it's own invoice format.

    For us, we wish that there were more design options, and we really wish that we could remove the "Ways to pay" graphic with the credit card icons. For us it feels unprofessional and gimmicky. The default email message also felt super gimmicky. Using a subject line with the phrase "new payment request from ___" makes is sound like a phishing scam.

  10. Invoice template: "Message to customer" should be specific to that particular template and not update all invoice templates

    When a new invoice template is created or an existing one is edited, if the customer message is changed, it is changed for all existing invoice templates. The customer message should be specific to each template and not update other templates.

  11. Report for outstanding invoices that have not been viewed

    I would like to be able to create a custom report that will show outstanding invoices that have not been viewed by the customer. This would be a less time consuming way to check customer contact info to be sure the correct email is associated with the customer account rather than clicking through every outstanding invoice to see if it's been viewed or not.

  12. Autosave/Recovery of All Transactions within the Mobile App

    Users spend lots of time creating invoices, sometimes in the field with a customer. When the app crashes, they lose that work, causing lots of frustration and possibly an embarrassing situation in front of a customer.

  13. Bring back my ability to import custom form styles for invoices

    My business depends on the ability to upload a custom invoice style in order to comply with the legal requirements of my state. Why did you remove this feature? It worked just fine. Quickbooks invoice templates simply cannot do what we need. Your customer service rep suggested that we upgrade to QB Advanced for $180/month. You must be out of your minds! We are currently searching for a new accounting software.

  14. Edit Billing/Shipping Address for Clients directly on the Invoice or Sales Receipt in the Mobile App

    Customers want to edit the shipping and billing address on the invoice itself. Currently, you would have to select the customer, click on the circle i symbol, and edit the Customer's Profile information. Users want to do this per invoice. Override ability.

  15. Custom email address and domain for invoices

    We should be able to use a custom email address on our own domain to send invoices from QBO.

    It's wild that this isn't already a feature. Invoices from noreply@intuit.com are often caught in spam filters. It's simply embarrassing for clients to see the intuit.com address, and for them not to be able to reply.

    Invoicing is a part of customer service. A custom email address along with a custom email template should be the absolute minimum.

    Xero, Zoho, and most other cloud apps can do this.

  17. Price Levels in Mobile App

    i have recently subscribe to quickbooks and i am trying to set up my company parameters, accounts, customers, inventory etc.. I was informed that the international version does not allow you to have multiple price list for the same product. I was given the option to create different subcategories of the product as different price lists, meaning that I have to create 5 different subcategories and post the same item in all categories with different price, I am a bit disappointed as this is not user friendly at all.   18. Issue with new layout

    New updated layout is causing issue for my teams to create invoice. . Especially on the access of other users aside from admin access. This is bummer . this prevents us to do our work. Appreciate if you find solution for this asap or revert back to old version until you find solution for this .Thanks for taking care of it urgently.

  19. Blacklist certain customers from auto invoice reminders

    Please allow us to blacklist certain customers so that they don't receive automatic invoice renewals. Not all of our customers appreciate the automatic renewals, especially when there are substantial completion holdbacks.

  20. Ability to turn off sales tax in QBO

    There is a button in the Sales Tax tool, under settings, "Turn Off Sales Tax." But you cannot use it. No matter what you do in QBO, delete all invoices with sales tax, all entries to the Sales tax liability account, make all Product/Service items non-taxable, it still will not let you turn off sales tax. This is necessary because QBO is blocking OneSaas from completing the invoice migration from FreshBooks to QBO. SF Case #1577629820
