Issue with new layout
New updated layout is causing issue for my teams to create invoice. . Especially on the access of other users aside from admin access. This is bummer . this prevents us to do our work. Appreciate if you find solution for this asap or revert back to old version until you find solution for this .Thanks for taking care of it urgently.

The option to import Custom Form Styles should be reinstated
We request that the ability to import Custom Form Styles be brought back, as it was previously available through Word template imports. This feature was very useful for customizing forms to match branding and business needs.

We send invoices by downloading the file and emailing them directly to customers due to different departments. If we could either have multiple emails attached to customers labeled as purchasing and invoicing that automatically changes when making an estimate into an invoice. or if we can manually change the status of the invoice to sent to keep track of invoicing outside of the system would make our lives easier.

Adding Drag/Drop to Bundles in New Invoice Template
With the old invoice template, it was LOVELY to be able to drag/drop other items (ie: billable expenses/billable time) to bundles in QBO (see my article here: https://www.stacyk.net/add-billable-time-or-billable-expenses/).
The new template does not allow for this, and aside from the generally cumbersome layout of the invoice, removing this feature means that functionality has DECREASED with this "improvement".
PLEASE allow drag/drop again!

Bring back drag and drop bundling on invoices
With the new invoice template, we are no longer able to drag and drop time activities or billable expenses to a bundled product/service. This is crucial for any business with billable hours or billable expenses. Please bring it back!

RETURN THE EMAIL SENT AND VIEWED INFO AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH INVOICE!!!
When I am reviewing the AR report it is ESSENTIAL that I see when the invoice was sent and viewed!!! Once in a while the techs will forget to send them and it is IMPERATIVE that I know if the customer has received the invoice and viewed it... sometimes the CUSTOMER may forget to make the payment and the email messages I send reflect all of that!!! Need more customization options for new invoice format
I've seen several forum posts about issues with invoice formatting, some aesthetic and some more function based. So I'd say overall, there just needs to be a better way for each company to build it's own invoice format.
For us, we wish that there were more design options, and we really wish that we could remove the "Ways to pay" graphic with the credit card icons. For us it feels unprofessional and gimmicky. The default email message also felt super gimmicky. Using a subject line with the phrase "new payment request from ___" makes is sound like a phishing scam.

Bring back removed invoicing features
The new invoice template update removed the critical feature of being able to add billable expenses to a bundle on an invoice. We have always been able to do this with Quickbooks online (you could drag and drop individual expenses into whatever bundle they are supposed to be in) and the feature was inexplicably removed. Tech support says they can not help and can not tell us if the feature will be returned. We cannot invoice our clients properly without this feature. Service Categories on New Invoice Layout
The new invoice layout doesn't show the service item category. Our entire billing system is setup to break the services down by category and have different billable rates depending on the category. Without being able to see that, the new layout is useless.

Estimate and invoice custom templates should have same fields and columns.
Estimate and invoice custom templates should be identical in the QuickBooks Online Account so that when an estimate is confirmed. This is to save time and error in recreating the invoice which is same as the estimate.

Message Preview Pane Malfunctioning
Ever since the release of the "new view", whenever you go to send an invoice the Preview Pane will not update when editing the message body. The template message stays in the preview pane regardless of what you type in the message body pane.
