Edit Invoice Template
Apparently, you cannot upload your own invoice template anymore since QB removed this.
That said, do us all a favour and please update the features of editing an invoice template by adding the following:
Options to drag and edit every area of the document on basic level e.g. move address box to fit under the logo
Add text/image boxes anywhere on page with free text and import otpions
Add header/footers allowing images and free text
Allow watermark and to import your own
Or just bring back the option to import your own template pretty please!!

We have been on the phone with customer support for countless hours trying to resolve this problem. This is a critical issue and must be resolve quickly. Please help us as soon as you can. We were told we would not have this issue anymore and it is back. Our case number is 15106254073. Please we are a small company that has been struggling to stay in business. This problem will for sure put us under.

We need the old invoice style template reinstated as soon as possible. It was switched back to the new style invoice template today and we are unable to create simple invoice with phone numbers, purchase orders, suite, floor or rooms numbers. Our accounting dept is completely shut down because of this. We have been a Quickbooks online customer for over 15 years and never ever had such a problem like this. We were told our old style invoice template would be returned to us for good. Please see the case number and email we received back on 10/11/2023. Please give us the ability to switch back to the old style invoice template as sson as possible. This problem will put our company out of business.

First thank you for returning the old style invoice template. The new style template did not work at all for us. When we are using the old style template there is a problem with the product column and description column. We are able to enter the in formation into both columns when creating an invoice however when we print and also email the invoice there is no separation between columns and all the information is over to the far left. It does not look professional. Also where you would normally see the product / service column and the Description on top it can not be seen It's completely blank. This is how's it's been since Tuesday when the old style template link was returned. At this point we are unable to mail out the hard copy invoice to our customers because it looks bad and unprofessional. Attached are sample invoices so you can see how it was prior to the update on Saturday and how it is looks when we print and email now. Please fix as soon as possible. We have not been able to mail a invoice to any customer since last Friday.

This is a Urgent Matter! We require to create invoices for one customer that has hundreds of locations. But we need these invoices to be under one account. We use to be able to just change the information easily in the bill to and ship to boxes. With the new template we are unable to do this. It is imperative we have our old template back. Please put back the old layout option back so we can do this. Our accounting department is shut down and our business is at a stand still. I was on the phone with Quickbooks customer support all day yesterday trying to figure out a way that this new template can work for us and it's impossible. Please return the old style template tab on the upper right so we have the option to switch it back to the old style. This is a emergency over here!!

one of issue that the font color, we need option to be able to change the font color.
also I use one of available template and my company TRN# place in layout of invoice unacceptable find attached, we need option to change the place of the box to show a professional layout -

Hi Developer Team,
I'm an accountant.
Not having the flexibility to edit the outlook of the invoice is the key thing why I am reluctant to introduce Intuit Quickbooks to my clients.I just learned that you have put up that feature for a while but you take it down again because you said no one used it. Of course no one would use it if you put it somewhere in Quickbook Lab (which I just knew it myself after the Customer Support told me). When you decide to put it up again, please put the link/button to enable us to do it in the CUSTOM FORM STYLES because that's where we go when we want to customise our invoice template. (common sense!)
