This is a critical issue and must be resolve quickly. Please help us as soon as you can. We were told we would not have this issue anymore and it is back. Our case number is 15106254073. Please we are a small company that has been struggling to stay in business. This problem will for sure put us under.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Owens commentedWe need the old invoice style template reinstated as soon as possible. It was switched back to the new style invoice template today and we are unable to create simple invoice with phone numbers, purchase orders, suite, floor or rooms numbers. Our accounting dept is completely shut down because of this. We have been a Quickbooks online customer for over 15 years and never ever had such a problem like this. We were told our old style invoice template would be returned to us for good. Please see the case number and email we received back on 10/11/2023. Please give us the ability to switch back to the old style invoice template as sson as possible. This problem will put our company out of business.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Owens commentedFirst thank you for returning the old style invoice template. The new style template did not work at all for us. When we are using the old style template there is a problem with the product column and description column. We are able to enter the in formation into both columns when creating an invoice however when we print and also email the invoice there is no separation between columns and all the information is over to the far left. It does not look professional. Also where you would normally see the product / service column and the Description on top it can not be seen It's completely blank. This is how's it's been since Tuesday when the old style template link was returned. At this point we are unable to mail out the hard copy invoice to our customers because it looks bad and unprofessional. Attached are sample invoices so you can see how it was prior to the update on Saturday and how it is looks when we print and email now. Please fix as soon as possible. We have not been able to mail a invoice to any customer since last Friday.
An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Owens commentedThis is a Urgent Matter! We require to create invoices for one customer that has hundreds of locations. But we need these invoices to be under one account. We use to be able to just change the information easily in the bill to and ship to boxes. With the new template we are unable to do this. It is imperative we have our old template back. Please put back the old layout option back so we can do this. Our accounting department is shut down and our business is at a stand still. I was on the phone with Quickbooks customer support all day yesterday trying to figure out a way that this new template can work for us and it's impossible. Please return the old style template tab on the upper right so we have the option to switch it back to the old style. This is a emergency over here!!

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Owens commentedIt is imperative we have our old style invoice template back. This new style does not work. We have been online with customer support for several hours today explaining the details why the new invoice template does not work for us. They suggested we send this feedback. We are unable to create invoice, make changes like we use to. Our major accounts like GSA Advantage requires us to send them quarterly sales reports. So all Government orders / invoices must be under one profile so we can send them the reports. We have to be able to have multiple customers under one profile and all the customer information is always different. We can not do this with the new style template. We need to easily make the changes and edit customer information quick and easy like it use to be. Shipping info, tracking info, different Government agencys, phone numbers, room numbers. The new stlyle temple doesn't allow for us to do this. We would have to change the customer profile for every order. It just doesn't work. We must have the ability to use the old style invoice template. Right now our billing dept is we completely shut down because of the invoice template change. The new invoice template does not allow us to create invoices with all info that is needed. It just does not work for us. Please switch us back to the old style as sson as possible. We are done for if you don't..

The new invoice template does not allow us to enter our customers information on the invoice such as there phone number, contact info, room, suite, floor, purchase order numbers, order numbers etc. This template is completely unusable. We need the old style invoice template back as soon as possible. We are completely shut down because of this change. We paid for a product that no longer works. We have been a Quickbooks Online customer for over 15 years and can not believe we are having this problem. Seriously the is beyond acceptable and is not right in so many ways. We have been on the phone with customer support for countless hours trying to resolve this problem!! This is a absolute NIGHTMARE!! We need the old style invoice template back immediately.
