new invoice layout
We should be able to customize the columns in the new invoice layout (i.e. remove qty and rates columns). Additionally, the "Your invoice is ready!" statement should be able to be removed--not something we want.
Also, it says that the email you write will display here, but it is not carrying over to there from the email composition block.

The new Inovice layout won't let me edit or to have the arrow drop down on the rate sections. Please bring back the old layout of the invoice, since this one started happening when our software Engineer released the new updates yesterday the 6th of May.
PLEASE LET US USE THE OLD INVOICE LAYOUT AS I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE DROP DOWN FEATURE THAT APPLIES THE PRICE RULES.

I need QBO to add the ability to group the billable time by date and service so I can add this to my invoice. This was a feature in the old layout. If this feature is not added I cannot link the billable time to the invoice other than 1 item at a time. In my business, this could be hundreds of line items. This is an urgent feature.

I tried to work with this feature for months on behalf of my clients. All have selected old layout for now. But the old layout is going away. They cannot preview their invoice using the custom forms they have created. No new invoice template can be created and saved. Only modern template can be selected and previewed. Which means you have to customize every invoice every time.

It is imperative we have our old style invoice template back. This new style does not work. We have been online with customer support for several hours today explaining the details why the new invoice template does not work for us. They suggested we send this feedback. We are unable to create invoice, make changes like we use to. Our major accounts like GSA Advantage requires us to send them quarterly sales reports. So all Government orders / invoices must be under one profile so we can send them the reports. We have to be able to have multiple customers under one profile and all the customer information is always different. We can not do this with the new style template. We need to easily make the changes and edit customer information quick and easy like it use to be. Shipping info, tracking info, different Government agencys, phone numbers, room numbers. The new stlyle temple doesn't allow for us to do this. We would have to change the customer profile for every order. It just doesn't work. We must have the ability to use the old style invoice template. Right now our billing dept is we completely shut down because of the invoice template change. The new invoice template does not allow us to create invoices with all info that is needed. It just does not work for us. Please switch us back to the old style as sson as possible. We are done for if you don't..
