Custom Invoice Template/Sales Forms in Mobile App for Android
Users are only able to customize their Invoice Template in iOS.

Tabbing through data entry
When entering information, especially vendor or customer names or accounts, the vendor, for example, will pop up, but you have to manually click on the name with the mouse to accept it. If I start typing "Home Depot", Home Depot pops up but if you tab to accept it (as you do in QBD), it clears it out and you have to manually type and click with the mouse on the vendor name. If it prefills at the beginning of typing, please make it so the pre-filled name remains there!

Mileage Functionality for non-Master Admin users
Users need to track mileage for more than the Master Administrator. Users don't know or expect users to NOT be able to track mileage after experiencing the feature as a Master Administrator.

Please allow QB Online to use Wallet-sized checks.
Please allow the option for QB online to use wallet-sized checks. There is currently only an option for standard or voucher.

export data
Export all data to enable you to import to a new account or clone an existing company to change to a new home currency if you have multicurrency already set and the account is years old. I believe you already have a full export on the us version but not the international version so should be easy to do. Would also let us have a local backup which I'm sure everyone should have of their own data. Not just an export of reports but all transactions ever entered like you can do with the local installed versions of quickbooks.

Show if Payslips have been individually emailed to emplyees
I have 10 employees. I normally email their payslip after finalising a payrun. While I was in the process of selecting each person individually and clicking on "email", the phone rang and I lost concentration. I am not sure if the employee I had on the screen in front of me had been "emailed" their payslip. why is there no way of knowing either by a flag against each employee's payslip entry or by something in the Audit Log? BAD DESIGN!!

Representative Training
Support representatives truly need to be better trained. I have spent countless hours on the phone with support because they have no idea how to help me. I have had support staff tell me things that were absolutely wrong and gave me instructions that were completely misguided. This lack of knowledge causes a huge strain in my ability to perform my job duties; its hard to solve simple problems when the support staff meant to help you constantly gives you incorrect information. The system should allow more than one person to work in payroll at a time. For it to make me wait thirty minutes to get into my employee profiles just because our accountant ran a payroll detail report is ridiculous.

Social Security Expemptions
We need to have access to remove the social security deduction from an employee in Online QuickBooks. On the desktop version this was very easy and something i could do myself. Now, with online i have to call support every time i get a new employee and ask them to remove the deduction from the employee because the system wont allow me to do it myself. This is extremely frustrating especially when the support staff states they have removed the deduction but in all reality they hadn't, causing issues for my company. improve QBO subscription pages.
Just a comment that I think could improve QBO subscription pages. Before contacting QBO Accountant chat, I went out to QBO Essentials subscription page the video on the top of the page was showing invoices. It showed billable time and talked about inventory. That is misleading to prospective customers. Shouldn't the video on that page only reflect items that come in the QBO Essentials subscription? Also, at the bottom of the page in FAQ it states one of the difference between Essential and Plus is inventory. I was just told in online chat that billable expenses were not allowed in…

Can we have an option to customize the Dashboard view according to Sales Classification
Can we have the option to customize Dashboard view. for We have 3 types of Sales ( Testing,Registration& Academics) .We should have a view of Sales in 3 parts and not in a consolidated mode . similar to Cost of Sales view as well

Bank Feed needs to populate with vendor info
When I select the correct vendor in the bank feed, the account should populate with the most recently used expense account (and tax code!) for that vendor. I shouldn't need to select the right one every single time. I don't understand how this is not obvious. The account fills in automatically if I manually create an expense, which makes it faster to do that than to create an entry off the bank feed. I waste SO much time going back to the Expenses screen to see what expense account/ tax code that vendor was under last time. I have 15…

Sales Rep option in mobile app!
I need the option of noting WHO is preparing the invoice in the app. We have multiple guys in the field. The online version has a sales rep option, which is not available in the mobile app. The option to have who did what would be great.

Provide the ability to filter on STATUS for custom reports
Everyone should have the ability to filter on STATUS for custom Estimate reports. Without it, we have to use a combination of custom date ranges and custom fields to properly filter - highly inefficient.

Add drop down menu for messages on invoices
It would be nice to have a drop down menu on invoices to choose from different messages depending on what the invoice is for.
