  1. Can we opt out of the Apply to Accept Online Payments screen after every. single. invoice?

    At this point, my company is not interested in accepting online payments. However, after I send every single invoice, the pop-up window telling me to "apply to accept online payments" shows up. Every time. Currently, there's no way to decline this and it's annoying and inefficient. Can we get a remind me later button so we don't get asked this after every invoice is issued?

    During IMPORT of PRODUCTS and SERVICES, I noticed that the QUICKBOOKS ONLINE FIELD data named CLASS does not exist. Currently, we can IMPORT: PRODUCTS/SERVICE NAME, SKU, TYPE, SALES DESCRIPTION, SALES PRICE/RATE, TAXABLE, INCOME ACCOUNT, PURCHASE DESCRIPTION, PURCHASE COST, EXPENSES ACCOUNT, QOH, REORDER POINT, INVENTORY ASSET ACCOUNT and QTY as-of-DATE. This extra field titled “CLASS” is a very useful data field because Quickbooks already tracks CLASSES. Right now, the work around is to manually EDIT every single imported product and manually type in the CLASS. This is extremely time-consuming when we have hundreds of imported products.   4. Contractors - be able to RE-email them to fill in Bank Account Info

    Once you send an email to a contractor to fill out a W9 / Bank Info - there is no option to send a follow up email or reminder. This is horrible because sometimes they claim they can't find the email, or its month's later and they only filled out the W9 and still need to fill in the bank info. There's no way to prompt the email to be sent, only add manually. On the screen screenshot here, another button should be added to re-email them to add their bank info.

  5. Simplify the Invoice Creation Screen

    Your "new" UI for creation of invoices reminds me of when Microsoft launched Word 6.0 in 1993. All the options and pull-downs serve no point and make it harder to work, not simpler.

    Bring back simplicity, please! I can still use a simpler UI when I create a recurring invoice. Are you seriously going to take this simplicity away??

  6. Class data for payroll in basic functionality that does not work

    It's essential for many entities to have Class info associated with payroll expenses! Why does QB Time even have a Class field if that data does not flow into QBO?!

    It's basic functionality that existed in Desktop. It's a no-brainer. The class field in QB Time is completely pointless and useless if that expense data doesn't get created in QBO, which it doesn't. It's not complicated to fix this... the Class data associated with the hour entries ALREADY goes into QBO, so why doesn't the payroll expense data get classified with those classes?!

  7. Inventory Bin Location Field

    We had an item custom field set up in desktop to identify the bin location of each item. Online does not allow for custom item fields nor has a location field. This is critical in maintaining inventory. Please build this feature into the Online version.

  8. Excel Import for Estimates!

    The Estimate function would be much easier to use if it supported an Excel import feature just like Invoices. I need to enter several hundred estimate line items for my project and use progress billing. Please create an import interface!

  9. Make the product/service description searchable again!!

    I can't search the description keyword anymore to find a product/service when creating an invoice with the new layout! The description doesn't even show up when you search a p/s anymore. My p/s names are named by the part number. For example a 10lb ABC fire extinguisher is 120 and the description was 10lb abc fire extinguisher. If i searched abc, it would pop up but now i can only search 120 to find it. Go back to the old invoice style! My technicians invoice in the field and can't memorize over 1,500 part numbers!   10. Allow invoice import with sales taxes enabled

    I would really like to use the invoice import feature but am unable to turn off sales tax ( related to https://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/forums/920245-quickbooks-mobile-feedback-forum/suggestions/44869786-ability-to-turn-off-sales-tax-in-qbo )

  12. Improve customer service follow up ability and Audit Log transparency

    I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service last week and they said they will look into what triggered your System Administration "user" (shown in Audit Log) to create new users for 1099 vendors (users appear in dropdown on audit log view but do not appear as QBO users). Plus the system administrator sent emails out on my companies behalf to the said users it created saying their 1099s were ready.   13. have the option to do a batch action when unchecking the billable items.

    have the option to do a batch action when unchecking the billable items. I am trying to make old subcontractors inactive and QBs is saying they have unbilled charges for them and won't let me make them inactive the only way that we have found is to uncheck the billable items but there are hundreds and you need a batch capability so I can do all for a vendor at once.I am doing this on the web with chrome.

  15. Estimate vs Actual Report Detail

    When going to Project Reports, there is the Estimate vs Actual Report, which is great because it is essential to any construction or other business creating estimates. However, it is USELESS because you can't drill down on the Actual Cost to see the detail. The link just kicks you out of the report.

  17. Ability to charge credit card fee to cover fees, without Quickbooks charging extra on the amount to cover the fees.

    Credit card fees are really challenging for small businesses. We need a way to charge an optional credit card convenience fee. Right now, Quickbooks calculates their fees on the total amount of the invoice. This means that Quickbooks charges a fee on top of the customer paying extra to cover the credit card fee!
