Export the Projects Level Data in One Piece by QuickBooks

This is Yibo from Pro Star Energy, a customer currently utilizing QuickBooks. I have encountered an issue and am seeking assistance from the development team.
When attempting to export project-level details for our company's customers from QuickBooks, I noticed that the export functions for project-level data are scattered across different sections of the interface. For instance, reports on Expenses, Bills, and Payroll hours are located in the Overview section of a customer dashboard, whereas data on project profitability and Time costs by employee or vendor are found under Project Reports. Need ablility to turn off "automatic calculation" of sales tax in QBO. This is an
QBO needs to allow for 3 decimal points on tax rates for imported invoices and /or the ability to turn off "Automatic calculation" for sales tax. When importing from Connectwise the iif export file is correct, but upon import, QBO overrides the custom tax rate set for the client in both systems and goes to Automatic Calculation, and rounds the tax rate up. The rate should be 5.185 and on import it makes it 5.19

For On The Clock third party integration, have the overtime hours come over as overtime and not all regular hours. This would save a ton of time with payroll processing.

Please separate Projects from Customer Data model
The fact that projects are treated like Customers is hindering reporting in the worst way.
I have customers who have sub customers. If I want to roll up to the parent customer, I cannot do this in many reports. Filtering by customer forces me to click every project as if they are a customer.4 votes -

sales tax adjustment options B&O
Please add an adjustment type when paying sales tax through the sales tax function for B&O taxes. The only option for adding to the tax due is penalties interest. Our state always has an extra tax for the business for B&O. Every period needs to be adjusted, it would be nice if we didn't have to manually edit the memo to reflect B&O Tax.

Dormant Account - UX workflow needs to help user login not send through endless loop
Dormant email accounts - when trying to log in are unable to recover passwords with the email account and/or phone number. The codes emailed and texted do not work as sufficient proof of ownership and additional documentation is needed but is never prompted in the current workflow.

Remove the limitation of creating a customer and vendor with the same name. This is a normal and common practice to deal with the same company as a customer and vendor.

Audit Log Access To Non-Admin Users
Currently, Quickbooks only allows account admins to access the audit logs. It would be really helpful if Quickbooks could decouple the access to Audit Logs from the overall admin function/accesses.
The audit logs only trace a stream of actions taken by system users, which are non-confidential information that non-admin users can greatly benefit from when diagnosing the reasons behind the changes on the account.
