1. Allow you to have payroll deducted in 1 total amount instead of debiting each employee check amt.

   Quickbooks should allow you to have payroll debited as 1 total amount. I think you should still have somewhere to be able to few in reports or paycheck lists etc the amounts of each check to be able to compare to insure the numbers are correct but I would like the option to have payroll debited from my bank account as 1 total amount. I do not want to have 18+ check amounts debited individually. It makes account balancing daunting and more time consuming. If 1 payroll debit was an option, checkbook balancing would be easier and the information would still be saved in QuickBooks for us to still compare numbers and make sure things are correct! Thank you!

   When customers are using QBO and Payroll with Auto Pay/File turned on, there are occasional account or system issues that prevent the auto pay/file from happening causing a ToDo item to be pushed to the customer for action.
   Problems arise with this process when customers are using a small screens to access their account, these important items may not be seen at first glance without scrolling down the page.
   It would be very useful for QBOP users that are not dedicated accounting or payroll personnel who only access their account occasionally if this ToDo item also initiated an email be sent to the MA/PP on the account.
   This would be very useful for payroll customers who do not spend regular time in their account to do the time demands of actually running their business.
   Many busy business owners access their email accounts daily, but do not necessarily access their QBO/QBOP accounts other than to process payroll -- especially when auto pay/file is enabled.

   When customers are using QBO and Payroll with Auto Pay/File turned on, there are occasional account or system issues that prevent the auto pay/file from happening causing a ToDo item to be pushed to the customer for action.

   When customers are using QBO and Payroll with Auto Pay/File turned on, there are occasional account or system issues that prevent the auto pay/file from happening causing a ToDo item to be pushed to the customer for action.
   Problems arise with this process when customers are using a small screens to access their account, these important items may not be seen at first glance without scrolling down the page.
   It would be very useful for QBOP users that are not dedicated accounting or payroll personnel who only access their account occasionally if this ToDo item produced a popup box that would grab the users attention. Also, considering that some users may not like this, it would be good to have the popup feature to also have a toggle feature to turn it on or off as needed (with default being on) and the option be easily accessible directly from the popup.

11. Payroll Federal Taxes

    There needs to be a solution for quickbooks not withholding federal taxes due to part time employees not showing a threshhold till $10,000. Most our employees are part time employees and this is a second job. Pulling zero federal taxes on their paycheck is ridiculous . There are numerous complaints online about this issue and it causes alot of trouble with my employees. Why cant you fix your withholding issue if this is a second job to pull federal taxes or allow the taxes to be pulled correctly and refunded at end of year if overpaid?

    QBO Essentials should support basic budgeting capabilities. I don't need multiple budgets, but having the ability to configure a single budget and run estimated vs. actual report seems like a very basic feature needed for any business. It's a big gap that this doesn't exist today.

13. Better Custom User Roles

    User has been assigned "Standard Limted Customer & Vendor" role. User has access to standard "Sales & Customer Reports" and standard "Vendor & Expenses Reports" but ALSO needs access to the "Bills & Applied Payments" report and other reports in the "What You Owe" area. The only way to provide access to this report is to give the user Standard All Access which we DO NOT want to do. And we are using QBO ADVANCED

18. add markup column in customer estimate

    Please add a markup % column on customer job estimates - which is not visible to customer - (like in the desktop version), along with option to create inv or PO from the estimate. Customers generally want a job estimate (which they review/approve) before being sent an invoice. Currently in QBO, a markup column exists only in Vendor Bill or Exprense, with the option to create a customer invoice but not an estimate for customer to review.
