8. Ability to turn off sales tax in QBO

   There is a button in the Sales Tax tool, under settings, "Turn Off Sales Tax." But you cannot use it. No matter what you do in QBO, delete all invoices with sales tax, all entries to the Sales tax liability account, make all Product/Service items non-taxable, it still will not let you turn off sales tax. This is necessary because QBO is blocking OneSaas from completing the invoice migration from FreshBooks to QBO. SF Case #1577629820

10. Display reporting period for balance sheet report

    The reporting period for the balance sheet report as displayed via the mobile application is for the previous month but that isn't displayed anywhere so most people are likely to assume it is YTD like the default on the web. Reporting period should be selectable. At the very least, the reporting period should be displayed so the user can correctly understand what is being displayed.

11. Allow different email addresses for project invoicing

    Please allow project invoices to go to different emails than regular client invoices. We send our clients monthly invoices and have their email addresses set up in their contact information (main contact email and accounts payable email). The problem arises when we are working on a project for that client and they want the invoice to go to different people than our normal invoices. We have to make sure we change the email addresses on every project invoice. I wish there was a way to connect email addresses to the project so we don't have to remember to change them every time we email an invoice for a project.

17. Keep Location Names Visible in Vendor Hub

    In the vendor area, when the account category is posted to only one account the Location name is visible as ' Oak Lawn' or 'Elmhurst' in the vendor. However, whenever I have more than one account category entered for that particular vendor, the location name turns into 'Split' in the vendor hub even though I never split the account to multiple location. Could you please keep the Location visible despite the number of account category used in the detail so it can be more useful to us.

18. Customizing business information on checks

    I want to be able to include our business information on the checks when we print them using QBO. I have a bunch of blank checks that I do not want to waste by having to order pre-printed checks with this information. It should be a pretty easy software update to allow your customers to do this.

19. Undo entire reconciliation, not just individual items

    It would be really good if you could undo an entire reconciliation on QBO. I am having to go back to Nov 2021 to sort a problem out and the only way I have been told I can do this is by unreconciling each individual transaction in the cash register. Apparently if I had an accountant they could undo complete reconciliations but we're a small company and I'm the closest thing we have to an accountant!

    Too late for me this time but pleeeeeeeeeease make this change so that we can undo entire reconciliations all in one go.
