Better customer Service
Actually have someone who can help with issues. Have been on the phone with customer service for the past 2.5 weeks trying to have my payments go through. Everyone I talk to has a different answer and Last week I asked to talk to a supervisor and have them escalate the situation. I have about 10 different case number from talking to someone every day of the week for at least and hour to 2 hours a day. Was told that someone would call me in 3-5 days finally and a WEEK later still no call. Still have not gotten…

Do not require filing specific payroll taxes if all employees are exempt for that tax.
All employees at my company are exempt from paying state payroll taxes. As such, I have checked the exempt boxes for all employees. The problem is QBO still automatically creates tasks and filings for those taxes even though all employees are exempt. The tasks and filings jam up my feeds and I miss important alerts.
I would like to request QBO only create tasks and filings for taxes if there are non-exempt employees. Otherwise, do not create them.

Allow Users to Opt out of the New Layout of Invoices
We need packing slips.
No where in the new layout of invoices are you able to print off a packing slip. This will hold up the end of our manufacturing process since we remove invoices/inventory/products by printing off the packing slip and shipping it off. We don't care about any of the new features in invoices, we need the ability to print off a generic (no costs associated) slip for our drivers, receivers, etc.

The functionality exists to configure automatic late fees in QuickBooks Online, but not available for the South African version apparently.

Changing Sales Tax Rates for ALL Customers at the SAME TIME
Recently Cedar City, Utah updated the Sales Tax Rate from 6.2% to 6.45%. When entering new invoices, the Sales Tax Rate defaults to the "based on location" option. I have over 700 customers that I need to update the Sales Tax Rate for. At this time, I will need to do it 1 at a time. If there was an option to change this for all of the customers, at once, it would save a ton of time!

Project Status Field Update and/or Customization
Currently, the status of a project is limited to "Not Started", "In Progress", "Completed", and "Canceled". Preferably, this would be able to be customized so that the statuses are relevant to the users. If not, at the very least, it would be helpful to have a status that is "On Hold" or "Waiting". For example, these projects would be ones where progress invoicing has started, but won't continue until a later date. Using this status, I could filter and exclude those projects from day to day. Allow signature capture on custom invoice templates
Currently users are able to capture a digital signature on invoices using the mobile app. However this feature is only available using the default invoice style and template.

Custom Role Issue
Something was broken with Custom Roles between 10/16/2023 and 11/1/2023 that resulted in anyone being set to a Custom Role could now not see the filter at the top of the Customer page.
This results in no way to filter to Overdue Invoices from the Customer Page, which is the only way you can create Batch Statements.

Add more columns when importing data
Adding more coulmns to allow importing of all bank data. 4 coulmns is not enough when you categorize your bank transactions in the bank's online software. If we could get the following columns; Date, Description, Memo, Account (from CoA) and amount that would allow an import whereyby I can set-up rules to have the imported info entered in with the correct account from the CoA.
