Allow for multiple tax rates. This is necessary because the Square to Door Dash integration creates a new tax rate
I understand this feature exists on Quick Books Desktop. Currently the integration from Square to Quickbooks is failing because the Square/DoorDash integration created a new tax. See images attached.

Import expense details from csv
Please allow csv upload of itemized receipts to create new expenses.
Each receipt from one of my primary vendors must be split into several different expense categories. The receipts are itemized and available in csv format.
There is currently no way get this data into Quickbooks without manually retyping every line item on the receipt and its corresponding expense category.
- The "New Expense" sheet has no way to import data.
- Splitting a credit card transaction requires manually entering each item.
- The receipt capture features do not allow capturing individual items from the receipt, or splitting the receipt into multiple expense…

How does Qbdbmgrn work?
The Qbdbmgrn tool helps you track performance within a SQL Server database. A backup tool known as Qbdbmgrn allows you to manage your backups and restore them on a separate machine. Manual and automatic backups are supported. In addition to QAStatus, which is open source software as well, it was made by the same person. Neither Windows XP nor Vista is compatible with this program. QuickBooks Desktop products from Intuit include a program called Qbdbmgrn. Using this program you can update customer information and delete it. For important work such as this, you can store customer data on the computer's…

Ability to switch Header/Title view from 'Layperson's' to 'Accounting' terms
I understand the need to simplify the terminology for the non-bookkeeper user or business owner. As a bookkeeper, I actually find it confusing to navigate QBO with the over-simplified terminology! I would definitely appreciate the option to select an 'Accountant' view. The column headers in Bank Feed (and Cash Flow Money In/Money out) could switch to Receipts and Disbursements instead of Spent and Received. Why are they using the term Sales Form? What happened to Invoice? Did everyone forget what that is? In Expenses, not sure why there is a difference between bills and expenses?? aren't bills an expense too??…

Receiving purchase orders
A purchase order is created and sent to my vendor. Let's say I order 100 products and my supplier only sends 50 of them because they are out of stock. When I go to receive the items against the purchase order I have to one by one delete each item from the bill that didn't arrive. This is extremely time-consuming and could easily be fixed with a simple checkbox next to each item. If there was a checkbox I could check the items that arrived and uncheck the ones that have not arrived yet. Please put a checkbox on purchase…

Remember the report period when I change reports
When I'm looking at multiple reports I typically want to look at them for the same Report Period. However, whenever I navigate to a new report, the Report Period gets reset to Current Year-to-Date. If you remembered the Report Period when changing between reports it would save me a lot of time.

Create a separate forum for QuickBooks online
When I click Give Feedback on the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online page, it takes me to a page titled QuickBooks Mobile Feedback Forum. There is no place for me to give feedback for QuickBooks Online. Please add a place or fix your labeling of your screens. See the attached screenshots.

Support setting a default report period
Each month I look at reports for the previous month. Because the default report period is This Year-to-Date, I have to navigate to Last Month. If I could set the default Report Period for my account to Last Month, it would save me time.

Mileage-tracking for Cycling tax deductions in Mobile App (U.K.)
According to CyclingUK.org, "Employees who use their own cycle for work (i.e. for cycling on business, not to and from work) are entitled to 20p per mile, tax-free. (N.B. there are different arrangements for self-employed people who use their cycles for business purposes." https://www.cyclinguk.org/article/campaigns-guide/tax-incentives#:~:text=Cycle%20mileage,their%20cycles%20for%20business%20purposes.

Ability to turn off sales tax in QBO
There is a button in the Sales Tax tool, under settings, "Turn Off Sales Tax." But you cannot use it. No matter what you do in QBO, delete all invoices with sales tax, all entries to the Sales tax liability account, make all Product/Service items non-taxable, it still will not let you turn off sales tax. This is necessary because QBO is blocking OneSaas from completing the invoice migration from FreshBooks to QBO. SF Case #1577629820

QuickBooks Online requires Report Filter to include VAT Code vital for Partial Exemption
QuickBooks Online customise Reports lacks the ability to Filter by VAT CODE vital to produce the Partial Exemption calculation that the QB Desktop version provides. It is vital that we can produced detailed total reports of each VAT code (or combination) eg: Exempt; Zero rated; Standard Rated; Reduced Rated; Residual etc of Sales & Purchases to produce eg: Vat Detail Report of Exempt Turnover etc or Vat Detail Report of Zero Rated Purchases etc. We customised a group of such reports in QB DT but are not automatically moved to QBO. BUT worse we cannot currently re-create these reports in…

Customers - Technological Glitch
I am having a technological glitch happen when I scroll through customers. Once I am in a customer, the sidebar with all customers goes blank instead of populating alphabetically as it normally would. Once I finally get it to populate, it jumps to the top of the alphabet instead of showing the customer I am working in.
I'm on a Mac and using Google Chrome. Has anyone else had this issue? It has thrown a wrench in my workflow. Thanks for the help!

Support CSV Download wherever you have Excel. Please help me not lose years of my life. Please!
We export data all day long to bring into sheets etc.
Excel is a poor format as most SaaS products support CSV import/export.
I can't tell you HOW PAINFUL it is that this isn't possible. Hours, and days of my life have been spent as follows
1. Download File (Excel)
2. Open file in Excel
3. Delete headers
4. Save as CSV (various prompts)
5. Finally I have a CSV!Compare to Xero, Humanity, or 100's of other SaaS apps that you can import/export CSVs
