Enable users to manage "business purpose" in mileage
Please enable users to edit/manage "business purpose" under business mileage categorization. I would like to be able to delete redundant and obsolete purposes from the drop down list.

Drivers license info fields in payroll
It would be nice to have fields for drivers license information in the employee profile. So many employers use drivers license information for I-9 verification of citizenship and also for insurance purposes, so fields for DL number, state, and expiration date would be helpful.

Added notes for customer profile on sales receipt
We would like the option to - when you are ringing up a customer and put their name into the drop bar, to have a note section appear with any notes regarding this customers profile. ie. open invoices, notes on special orders, or other notes we can put in manually. A section that only we can see that the customer wont when we print their receipt. This would be very helpful. Rather than having to open each customers account to see the notes, it would appear for us to see after their name has been added to the sales receipt.

Add a PPrice Column in the estimate/invoice that only the business owner can see
I just moved over from using the QuickBooks 2014. Much to my surprise I have been using a feature that is critial to my business that you don't have in your cloud version. I have been using a PPrice (Purchased Price) column on my estimates and invoices that helps me determine what I will change the customer per item. As a Master Gardener I purchase plants from many nurserys and list my cost in that column. The PPrice Column disappears when I print or send the invoice/estimate to the client or vendor. Adding Location per line item to bills/expenses/checks
We have multiple locations and frequently have bills, credit card expenses, checks, etc. that are split between GLs, Locations and Classes. Having the ability to apply location to each line item to each bill, expense or check would save our accounting team so much time and effort. Currently our accounting team has to go in and create a Journal Entry for each bill or expense that has split locations. Being able to make this feature available with any other type of expense transaction with create better financial records and efficiencies with our team.

Pull in NAMES in revenue transaction reports from a multiple line deposit
On the P&L, if you "double-click" a revenue line, the transaction detail won't pull in NAMES if there's a deposit with multiple lines. To fix, add code that says "if the Name field is blank, pull in field from Vendor and/or Customer". That should solve it.

I would like to download a detailed trial balance showing the opening balance, transactions during the period and the closing balance. This is very useful for audit purposes.

Disable the box "Same as Billing Address" in the Shipping Address by default.
Many businesses similar to my own has most of the transactions occur at the point of sales (ie: my physical retail store). Having the Shipping Address automatically populated "Same as Billing Address" affects the sales tax rate. I'd like to request to have the shipping address blank by default. If other businesses involve with shipping, they can simply just check the "same as billing address" box. Whereas for me, it requires me to uncheck the box and having to manually delete the pre-populated fields (lots more steps!!!)…2 votes -

Setting price Discount rate for customer
Hi,
I have used Quickbooks desktop previously and it has the function to set discount rate for customer. I would like to request this function to be available for Quickbooks online. The function allowed us to create estimate with the set discount rate for customer. It save us time and all our staff can just select the customer to provide the estimate. Improve Class support in reports
I use Classes to track sales tax categories for expenses. I do this to support required state and local Use Tax filings. I need to be able to generate a report that lists all transaction line items in a selection of accounts for a given date range, and to group those by class. However "Class" is missing from the "Group by" list, as well as from Filters and Columns options. Without these I can't build the report I need.

advanced search filters
Include "Class" and account types in Advanced Search QBO
It is critical to be able to search ALL our transactions in QBO - to do this efficiently we need to be able to filter for "Class" in the Advanced Search function. Also, search by account type or just account is not available. These (and many more filters) were available for a long time in QB Desktop. Since this is simply searching existing data, why is "Class" not searchable?? Please add "Class" as a filter in Advanced Search within QBO.2 votes -
