10. Add a dropdown menu to choose a Product or Service for transactions in the bank feed page.

    When you click on a transaction in the bank feeds page section, you can categorize it.
    You may choose Vendor/Customer, Account/Category, Customer/Project, check if billable, Class, Tags, Memo, Add Attachment, Create a rule, Exclude, view Categorization History, Split, or Add. There is not an option to assign a product or service to the transaction yet.
    Right now you would need to manually create an expense for example and assign item detail, then go back to the bank feed and find the match.
    My client does house flipping and created a long list of products/services, but I'm unable to assign these as is and I explained that she has too many transactions in order to do it manually.

This extra field titled “CLASS” is a very useful data field because Quickbooks already tracks CLASSES. Right now, the work around is to manually EDIT every single imported product and manually type in the CLASS. This is extremely time-consuming when we have hundreds of imported products. Can Quickbooks technicians please ADD this QUICKBOOKS ONLINE FIELD titled “CLASS” to the IMPORT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES so that we can Map data to CLASS?

    During IMPORT of PRODUCTS and SERVICES, I noticed that the QUICKBOOKS ONLINE FIELD data named CLASS does not exist. Currently, we can IMPORT: PRODUCTS/SERVICE NAME, SKU, TYPE, SALES DESCRIPTION, SALES PRICE/RATE, TAXABLE, INCOME ACCOUNT, PURCHASE DESCRIPTION, PURCHASE COST, EXPENSES ACCOUNT, QOH, REORDER POINT, INVENTORY ASSET ACCOUNT and QTY as-of-DATE. This extra field titled “CLASS” is a very useful data field because Quickbooks already tracks CLASSES.
