    Starting to "play" with the new Receipt Capture feature. However, would be REALLY useful if we could convert these images in to Bills and not just Expenses. It can't be that hard to do?

  4. Integration for Quickbooks Payroll on mobile app in the UK

    There is an app to be able to process payroll from both Android and iOS but it is not integrated with the UK quickbooks, it seems to be only in the US. This needs to be available in the UK aswell, I find especially that the price for Payroll is going up in April - we should be able to have that efficiency and flexibility to use Quickbooks payroll on a mobile app, like we can everything else.

  5. Custom Fields for Vendors or type field

    In the desktop version, I was able to add custom fields to many of the list items. For vendors specifically, I created an Entity Type field, so that I could assign Corp, S-Corp, LLC - Indiv, LLC-S-Copr, Indiv. Partnership, etct. This would ensure that the 1099 selection for the vendor was set correctly, and that it was verified when the vendor was entered.

  6. Ability to Send Sales Forms from own Email Address (Available on Web for Gmail users)

    Why hasn't this already been done and why has this not received more votes?? This should be an absolute STANDARD 'feature'. I could do it with my other cloud software and now we are regretting the change.

    Ridiculous. A VERY simple SMTP addition and this could all be solved. I do NOT want to pay for third party services such as Zapier etc to do this.

    Then there is someone answering these queries on the support site with 'of course you can send the emails through your own system, just download and save as a pdf and then attach it…

    Not being able to create and print a statement from the app is really the most stupid and time wasting thing I’ve ever seen. All these ridiculous updates being done and you can get this one done. Pure insanity

  8. Edit Billing/Shipping Address for Clients directly on the Invoice or Sales Receipt in the Mobile App

    Customers want to edit the shipping and billing address on the invoice itself. Currently, you would have to select the customer, click on the circle i symbol, and edit the Customer's Profile information. Users want to do this per invoice. Override ability.

    I am not able to send recurring invoices for guests at my extended stay motel. So I am still using square for payments. I would like to be able to use quick books for invoices but am unable to without this feature.

    Allow us to create invoices and other transactions while offline, and as soon as we have internet access again automatically "send" the transactions to our account so they're available to view on any device

  13. Receipt Capture Feature for Income

    I love the feature where you can forward your receipts to receipts@quickbooks.com. However, I just wasted a lot of time trying to match an income receipt. It turns out, it's not possible to match an income receipt. You have to download the receipt from your email/app and upload it to Quickbooks.

    Please allow the receipt forwarding to be used for Income,

  14. Better invoice options

    Invoice default is set to print by invoice date (only). Our business works with builders who would like their invoices by subdivision and lot number then separated with a blank line between each subdivision to make it easier for their bookkeeping. They do not want separate invoices for each subdivision. Example they may only have 1 entry for lot number, then several entries for the next lot number.

    I can separate by Product/Service but this will be a lot of additional entries, tried entering the date in the description field but the problem still lies that when the invoice prints…

  16. Improved Sales Form Delivery and Payment experience between QBO Companies

    A QBO company issues invoices to another QBO company. Currently, the receiving QBO company will need to create a Bill for the invoice issued by the first QBO company.

    it would be much more efficient if the receiving QBO company could auto-receive the invoice into its QBO without having to manually create the Bill.

    We heard that Xero already has this functionality.

  17. Improved Receipt Matching and Expense Report in Mobile App

    Receipts feature is nice BUT I will continue to use Expensify because it allows for Expense Reports and mapping reciepts to them AND creating 1 pdf that contains the receipts for that report. This feature is similar to another feature asking for marking as billable, but even that is useless without being able to generate a single report showing the expenses attached to an invoice. This will make Expensify obsolete intantly.

  20. Add Credit Card Credits in Mobile App

    As a general contractor, I regularly purchase items and add them as expenses assigned to projects/clients with the mobile app. However, when I return product and get a refund, the mobile app does not currently support adding a Credit Card Credit - it must be done through the web version. It would be great to have the same receipt photo capture functionality as adding an expense for Credit Card Credits on the mobile app.
