Issue with new layout
New updated layout is causing issue for my teams to create invoice. . Especially on the access of other users aside from admin access. This is bummer . this prevents us to do our work. Appreciate if you find solution for this asap or revert back to old version until you find solution for this .Thanks for taking care of it urgently.

RETURN THE EMAIL SENT AND VIEWED INFO AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH INVOICE!!!
When I am reviewing the AR report it is ESSENTIAL that I see when the invoice was sent and viewed!!! Once in a while the techs will forget to send them and it is IMPERATIVE that I know if the customer has received the invoice and viewed it... sometimes the CUSTOMER may forget to make the payment and the email messages I send reflect all of that!!! Service Categories on New Invoice Layout
The new invoice layout doesn't show the service item category. Our entire billing system is setup to break the services down by category and have different billable rates depending on the category. Without being able to see that, the new layout is useless.

Delta Airlines Washington DC Office
I had a positive experience overall when I visited the Delta Airlines Washington DC Office. The office is easy to get to because of its central location. There was a noticeable delay, however the staff members were polite and helpful. They provided me with clear explanations and were quite helpful in solving my situation. Need more customization options for new invoice format
I've seen several forum posts about issues with invoice formatting, some aesthetic and some more function based. So I'd say overall, there just needs to be a better way for each company to build it's own invoice format.
For us, we wish that there were more design options, and we really wish that we could remove the "Ways to pay" graphic with the credit card icons. For us it feels unprofessional and gimmicky. The default email message also felt super gimmicky. Using a subject line with the phrase "new payment request from ___" makes is sound like a phishing scam.

With the recent update I can no longer use "/" in my product or service. Make it able to do so again.
Any product that contains "/" I can not modify any part of the product IE cost without removing the "/" to allow me to save the change . Many of my products already contain "/"

QBO Payroll When UA is not required by employer
We are using QBO Payroll e services that automatically files and pays payroll taxes. However, we are a church and in Michigan, churches are not required to get a UA number and they are not even required to file an appliction to get an exemption. It is automatically exempt from fileing and paying. We have proved this to QBO Payroll, yet the app insists that we need to finish our setup by putting in a UA number.
