2. Add the "Depenses Express" solution to all types of accounts

   I have the ability to Drag and drop my suppliers invoice directly into quickbooks and it prefills them. It is a tremendous valued added solution since I do not have to enter expenses manually one by one.
   This works for my French companies.

   For some reasons, I have a Belgium account (Tigermilk Brussels) and I do not see the option.

   This option should be available for all acounts

3. Show if Payslips have been individually emailed to emplyees

   I have 10 employees. I normally email their payslip after finalising a payrun. While I was in the process of selecting each person individually and clicking on "email", the phone rang and I lost concentration. I am not sure if the employee I had on the screen in front of me had been "emailed" their payslip. why is there no way of knowing either by a flag against each employee's payslip entry or by something in the Audit Log? BAD DESIGN!!

4. Social Security Expemptions

   We need to have access to remove the social security deduction from an employee in Online QuickBooks. On the desktop version this was very easy and something i could do myself. Now, with online i have to call support every time i get a new employee and ask them to remove the deduction from the employee because the system wont allow me to do it myself. This is extremely frustrating especially when the support staff states they have removed the deduction but in all reality they hadn't, causing issues for my company. I have experienced the lack of knowledge when talking to support on multiple occasions and it has become tiresome. I have spent countless hours on hold with support while they research my question, which keeps me from completing my job duties.

5. Urgently sort the bank connection to recover safely from corrupted import

   Having linked to my bank account I have run into serious issues with it not matching my online statements! It turns out that a connection interruption corrupted the import, leaving random entries missing.

   This is utterly unacceptable in any software. More so with a accounts system. QB must be programmed to both realise this has happened and either automatically re import and match against the bank account or at the very least notify the user and offer a simple method to resolve the issue. Expecting users to go through over a years worth of records line by line is not acceptable.

6. Bugette with receipt-scanning

   Hi,

   A small bugette, with the QBO receipt-scanning feature:

   On the PC, after reviewing a receipt, and correcting any incorrect fields, the next page, with the green 'Create expense' button bottom-right, can show the wrong name for the Payee in the small box top-right.

   For example, I scanned a receipt from Greggs Cobham. The review page showed Greggs Cobham for payee. I changed that to just Greggs. But on the 'Create expense' page, it showed Greggs Cobham still. If I exit that page, then redisplay, the mentioned small box top-right now correctly shows just Greggs.

   And when I click the 'Create expense' button, the expense is correctly created with just Greggs as payee.

   Possibly other of the items in the small box are similarly afflicted.

7. Receipt-scanning contrast control

   Hi,

   I think the receipt-scanning and PC post-editing feature is a great new addition to QBO. But how about adding a contrast slider ?

   Some receipts are particularly hard to read. Especially after fading due to heat damage. A slider to vary contrast could very well help the eye pick out the shapes of letters and numbers.

   Moving the slider back-and-forth could help the eye further, as persistence-of-vision can act to combine different parts of a letter or number shape visible at different contrast levels.

   Perhaps a press-and-hold on the slider thumb could auto 'wang' the slider left and right continuously, to save on arm fatigue from doing that manually.

8. Receipt-scanning ability to add more than one 'line item'

   Hi,

   I think the receipt-scanning and PC post-editing feature is a great new addition to QBO.

   And my request as below has some overlap perhaps with request 'Add the ability to add products and services line items to scanned Receipts (Job-Costing)', to which I'll add a vote and comment.

   But how about PC post-edit adding the ability to enter more than one 'line item'? Many of my subsistence receipts have a 0% element and 20% element. So I have to enter just the 0% element. Then click View expense in the popup. Quickly, as it disappears after a few seconds. Then add the 20% element line.

   A low-dollar slightly faster alternative to the present, could be to add to the left of the bottom-right green 'Create expense' button, a green 'Create and open expense' button.

9. Integration for Quickbooks Payroll on mobile app in the UK

   There is an app to be able to process payroll from both Android and iOS but it is not integrated with the UK quickbooks, it seems to be only in the US. This needs to be available in the UK aswell, I find especially that the price for Payroll is going up in April - we should be able to have that efficiency and flexibility to use Quickbooks payroll on a mobile app, like we can everything else.

10. Better invoice options

    Invoice default is set to print by invoice date (only). Our business works with builders who would like their invoices by subdivision and lot number then separated with a blank line between each subdivision to make it easier for their bookkeeping. They do not want separate invoices for each subdivision. Example they may only have 1 entry for lot number, then several entries for the next lot number.

    I can separate by Product/Service but this will be a lot of additional entries, tried entering the date in the description field but the problem still lies that when the invoice prints it defaults back to the date order. The builder does not want to see subdivision, lot # and and description of work on entry line item.

    Not particularly fond of the Balance Forward section. Prefer previous with one line or box stating Balance Forward. Now it takes up a quarter of the page with Balance Forward, Other Payments and Credits, Other Invoices, etc. Couldn't we have an option as to the format we need as a business.

11. Improved Receipt Matching and Expense Report in Mobile App

    Receipts feature is nice BUT I will continue to use Expensify because it allows for Expense Reports and mapping reciepts to them AND creating 1 pdf that contains the receipts for that report. This feature is similar to another feature asking for marking as billable, but even that is useless without being able to generate a single report showing the expenses attached to an invoice. This will make Expensify obsolete intantly.
