2. Recurring Reminders

   Prior to the upgrade this fall, when I used recurring reminders they appeared in a list on the Get Things Done Dashboard. Once I edited or created an invoice or bill, the reminder was no longer on the Get things Done listing, which was a very good control for workflow. Now, I have to manually go back in and skip the reminder to remove it from the list. Not a very helpful tool. Please restore old functionality. 3. Increase the character limitation in customer profile emails!

   I can't add more than 100 characters within the customer profiles emails. This is a huge issue for me because I need to add more than 3-4 emails at times to different customers. Please help asap!

5. Multiple Shipping Addresses

   I'm on QB Online Advanced and I received this link. It seems to be Modile even though the header says Online. As I research switching my entire operations to QB Online Advanced I find that unless creating a "sub-customer" that a customer can only have ONE SHIPPING ADDRESS. This is a BIG PROBLEM! We sell to office supply wholesalers, or even large retail customers, who drop ship to many different locations. It is cumbersome to set up "sub-customers" when all I want is to add a simple shipping address under my customer. I've had 4 proprietary programs in our small industry that I've leased since 1992 and each one had the ability to list multiple shipping addresses. Yet software leading QB is limited to ONE ADDRESS? Huh!?!?

7. "Company name" should be field to populate "Name to print on checks" and not "Company display name".

   "Company name" should be field to populate "Name to print on checks" and not "Company display name". The display name is for internal purposes and should not transpire to external areas. For both vendors and customers, the display name is a place where a user would but a nickname however a nickname should never appear on a check unless said company legally can accept checks by that name. Please correct your automated system for vendors and customers so that "Name to print on checks" is the Company name by default and that the company name would be the name to appear on the bill pay as well.

   Your programmers should also reroute the default on the bill pay feature to point to "Name to print on checks" and not to display name. These inconsistencies in the software are confusing as to what to expect QBO to do with the data and how to use it as the end user.

8. Ads for QB Online need to stop permanently

   Give users a way to stop the popups advertising QB online while I am using the desktop version. I can unsubscribe from spam emails, but you force me to see your ads multiple times per day with no way to unsubscribe. Isn't that illegal in Canada now??

12. Get the Flippy Triangle Disclosure roll-up to work in Excel Exports like QB Desktop

    In QB Desktop, if you roll-up sub-accounts with the flippy triangles on a report and then export to Excel, the exported documents only show the level of disclosure you want in the report, but in QB Online the exported report doesn't look like the report on the screen. As a result, to finish off formatting in Excel or modify the report, I've had to spend countless hours re-grouping accounts.

    For example, if on a P&L, I only want one line saying "payroll" in the expenses, but I have many sub-accounts for individual positions or classes of employees. In QB Online, even if I roll up the report, when I export to excel, it exports the expenses for each sub-account. QB Desktop was so superior in this regard.

19. Reports printing leaves half the page blank and prints on extra pages when not necessary

    When I go to reports for p and l and balance sheet and I run the report on screen it looks ok, but when i hit the print icon it prints on 3 pages instead of 2. Page 2 might have only 4 lines on it and page 3 a half page, when page 2 and 3 could easily fit on the one page. Can you fix this, it looks very bad when I print for my boss.
