   Hello,

   For years our company has run the following report with the below customizations:

   Reports > Expenses by Vendor Summary > Select Vendor > Group By Account > Accounting Method Selection set to Cash < Run Report

   Until January 2022, we did not have problems with this report. Since January 2022, we noticed this report, when selecting the Cash Accounting Method, is no longer showing the expenses paid to the vendor by PAID DATE, rather, it is listing the expenses paid to vendor by the BILL DATE.

   This has caused us many errors when issuing 1099’s at the beginning of this year. Please advise on correcting this report. I have called QB customer service three times now and sat on the phone for over an hour each time. Each representative said the report is not functioning correctly. We need this report updated to correctly list expenses paid to the vendor by the date paid. Additionally, when we synced out QB with tax1099.com, it imported the “BILL DATES” rather than the “PAID DATES.”

    The reporting period for the balance sheet report as displayed via the mobile application is for the previous month but that isn't displayed anywhere so most people are likely to assume it is YTD like the default on the web.     Please allow project invoices to go to different emails than regular client invoices. We send our clients monthly invoices and have their email addresses set up in their contact information (main contact email and accounts payable email). The problem arises when we are working on a project for that client and they want the invoice to go to different people than our normal invoices. We have to make sure we change the email addresses on every project invoice. I wish there was a way to connect email addresses to the project so we don't have to remember to change them every time we email an invoice for a project.

16. Keep Location Names Visible in Vendor Hub

    In the vendor area, when the account category is posted to only one account the Location name is visible as ' Oak Lawn' or 'Elmhurst' in the vendor. However, whenever I have more than one account category entered for that particular vendor, the location name turns into 'Split' in the vendor hub even though I never split the account to multiple location. Could you please keep the Location visible despite the number of account category used in the detail so it can be more useful to us.
