Please set the column widths on reports to allow visibility of the columns without the requirement to scroll across or to the bottom of th
The requirement to scroll across and down to review all the columns on a report is most frustrating and time wasting. It stops me recommending QB online. Can you please modify it to allow either columns to be edited out or width changes to suit individual requirement please.

PROFIT AND LOSS (FORECAST)
Update the Profit and Loss report to reflect the YTD actuals and the budget amounts for the rest of the months in the current financial year.
This will assist companies to measure whether they are on track with their current budget.
This will also be a great tax tool for calculation of provisional tax.

Improve Customer Information and Organization
Enhance the organization of customer information (add more first name, last name, email fields)
I love Quickbooks, but one of the negatives are we have multiple contacts for our customers and are unable to organize our contact list. To better organize our contacts (and to potentially use the email functionality) I would like to see more name fields so we can put the first and last name of the other email addresses. Currently we are able to put 1 first and last name and 2 or 3 email address but no way organize the names with the emails addresses.

Merge payroll company account into existing QB online account
I have used QB online for bookkeeping for our company for many years. We were using Intuit payroll through Bank of America for years also, but QB recently discontinued this product. They opened a QB online payroll account and uploaded all my payroll data in the transition. However, now I have my original QB online account and a new second duplicate company for payroll. So I have to run payroll in one and copy everything over to the other company. I am told there is no way to merge a company or even backup my data and then upload it…

Add US Virgin Islands as an available address
Please add the US Virgin Islands as an available option for employee and vendor address. I am not asking for payroll assistance, just the ability to correctly enter an address for someone in the USVI.

Product/Service Column in Invoices not showing full description
Within an invoice they have now changed the formatting so that in the Product/ Service column as you type in your product its duplicated meaning you cant see the full description, I have multiple products with the same name and different flavours so i am now unable to see the flavour to select with it being like this, I would like to request it to be changed back to the original formatting as this is causing a problem for me and wasting time selecting products just to find the correct flavour.

Allow Quickbooks to scan receipts like Quicken
I have used Quicken for years, and can easily scan the original receipt into the program. With Quick Books however, I have to scan the receipt page by page. After scanning each page, I have to save the file. As an example ... "2021-08-08 - Spectrum Business - Acct # 0050916539-01 - Pg 1 - $80.51". Once I have scanned the first page, I then have to scan in and save the second page, then save it once again with Pg 2 at the end of the file name. Their bill is 8 pages long each month. I use an…

Weekly Timesheets
Please create a way to make the customer names private on the Weekly timesheet. When a contractor fills out their weekly timesheet, when they click on the customer name dropdown, I don't want them to be able to see the names of every client that my company works with. I only want them to have access to the clients that they specifically work with. I have a tutoring company, and I only want for the tutors to be able to see their clients- not everyone else's clients. PLEASE find a way to fix this!!

Customer verbatim: Limit increase request, Description : Customer needs to print EOM statements and seh has 500 customer accounts and needs all 500 printed all together at once not 50 or 100 at a time, She says that this is not acceptable as this is a lot of work and if the limit be increased to 500 and up, it will make her work easier as its a really busy store. When capturing your receipt photo it should give an option to add additional pages and be able to crop each one as well. About 30% of our business receipts are more than one page!

Create a budget that subdivides by product
When creating a budget, I want to know how much of a certain product I am selling and the cost of sale of that item. When doing a company budget I really don't care about classes, locations and customers, way more important is products. I need to know that information so I can allocate advertising dollars on the ones that make me the most money or need more of a push. This is what a budget is all about so I can then forecast what i expect to sell on a given product. I don't understand why this is not…

Remove "PERMIT" field from Bills/Expense entry
Please remove the PERMIT field from the BILL and EXPENSE entry screens as it is not relevant and takes up too much screen real estate. Adding the OPTION to use the PERMIT field where it could be removed if not applicable would be ideal. Thanks for your consideration

Enable Open Banking Protocol for Buisness Accounts with Triodos Bank
Both Quickbooks Online and Tridos Bank UK are accredited to use the Open Banking Protocol for seamless trasaction history updates from buisness' banking providers to their QBO accounts.

Add the "print on check as" field to reports
My company has thousands of vendors, some of which have a different print on check as name than their company name. We use a third party to print checks for us, so we need to be able to export this information, so that we can ensure checks are made out properly so the vendors can cash them. I am having to run reports in two different systems to be able to gather this data.

For QuickBooks Online on web (not Mobile): Extra Email Fields for Vendors and Customers
Please have the option of multiple email address fields in the Vendor info screen, so we can input different departments for Vendors, based on routing need. i.e. an email address they provide for accounts receivable to send remittance notices to, is different than an email we need to send purchase orders to. Currently there is only 1 field we can input an email address into, and we can't logistically change it back and forth based on what we need QBO to send out; transaction volume it too high to sanely do that. Chart of Accounts
Currently, the option to arrange the list in the Chart of Accounts manually is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. We can only sort the list in ascending and descending order.
CPA's and Accountants desperately need this capability. We realize that you might think this keeps people from screwing things up if they aren't accounting savvy, but some of us are accounting professionals whose hands are tied by this inflexibility. Please reconsider and restore this functionality in the next update or, at the very least, provide an override for Accountants.

Fixed Assets
It is not possible that I am the first user of a QuickBooks Online product to bring up this issue. Perhaps Intuit is clearing out feedback? When (estimated) will a fixed asset tracker be available for Online products? In what version(s) of QB Online will it be available? Will it accommodate both book and tax depreciation?
