Invoice template: "Message to customer" should be specific to that particular template and not update all invoice templates
When a new invoice template is created or an existing one is edited, if the customer message is changed, it is changed for all existing invoice templates. The customer message should be specific to each template and not update other templates.

Add Ability to Email Packing Slip
Currently Quickbooks (desktop) only allows for emailing an invoice. Very frustrating. We should be able to email anything, including the packing slip. We don't want our employees or contractors to see our invoices, but we need them to work with the packing slip to pack and ship orders, etc. But you only currently allow emailing the invoice only. Please, please, fix this.

For Non profits, Projects should be separate from Customers. So different customers can leave a pledge to different projects that you have
For Example: Our non profit wants to build a visitors center - the project would be Visitors center. But Customers should be able to donate or pledge to this project. Expenses should be able to be billed to this project.
The way it is now, a customer cannot make a pledge to a project. (We use classes for funds so we cannot utilize this for projects)

Allow for employee expense reimbursement via payroll direct deposit to be reflected as an expense in a project like payroll wage expenses.
When a field employee has an expense related to a project they submit the receipts and are reimbursed via payroll direct deposit as a Project Expense pay type. It would be great for this reimbursement to flow through to the project that that employee is working on just like their wage expenses do.

Bring back my ability to import custom form styles for invoices
My business depends on the ability to upload a custom invoice style in order to comply with the legal requirements of my state. Why did you remove this feature? It worked just fine. Quickbooks invoice templates simply cannot do what we need. Your customer service rep suggested that we upgrade to QB Advanced for $180/month. You must be out of your minds! We are currently searching for a new accounting software.
