  1. Merchant fee expense post to customer

    When customer is processing a payment on their invoice, quickbooks automaticity creates the merchant fee expense, can we have a feature added that when quickbooks records the expense it should pcikup the customer name for the fee (see snip)

  5. Date related merge codes in invoices, receipts, transactions, etc

    Allow for a set of merge codes to be used in invoices, transactions, & receipts.

    Some basic mergecodes would be around date. This would allow us to put billion periods in line items.

    For example if an invoice is sending in May, but will be for June services can use a merge code like %%NEXTMONTH%% or %%MONTH+1%% to insert the month of June.

    Merge codes that may be valuable include:
    - Date (various formats)
    - Month
    - Year

  14. Allow profit & loss report access to project manager users

    There should be a user permission that allows project managers to access profit & loss reports for a particular project or customer so they can see project performance, eg total spent for each cost category and position against the budget. This permission should also allow access to vendor information and billing so this user can update/add vendors and process billing.

  16. Create reports per period (P&L per period)

    Add the option to run reports shown with totals per period; specifically P&L per period, currently you can't create reports showing the totals with such totals other then the P&L per month.

  20. Time until paid report (or column on invoice and bill list)

    It would be very useful when looking at the invoice list or bills list to have a column that showed the number of days between invoice sent or bill received date and the date paid.
    With this it would be possible to know at a glance how long (with invoices) it is taking for customers to pay us and also (with bills) how long it is taking for bills to be paid.
